I’d like to know why they repeated my order back to me, charged me for a venti, then handed me this grande drink with a smirk. Clearly written on the label- Vt. Riddle me that.
BEWARE THE BEES
There is a bee infestation at this Starbucks and they fly around your car and try to get in your window when you open it to pay and get your drink.

The staff were very nice, but I ordered through the app to save time. I still had to wait in line for 15 minutes. When I drove up to the window, they didn't have my order. They made my drink quickly and I don't blame them for the delay. But if you're ordering through the app, don't come here. You won't save any time.
I love this Starbucks. Such wonderful people work here, they always appreciate my jokes when I ask them what the question of the day. Today I went there and I actually had a bloody nose and they gave me extra napkins and wipes to help as well. Overall such great people!
I don’t know what happened to the two nice guys that used to run this location. Customer service was always the best. Now instead is a lady that is always arrogant and clueless. They keep messing with my order and she doesn’t do anything about it, instead she gives you attitude.
Normally quick service and when it’s not they take care of their customers! Super polite always! I really get discouraged going to a Starbucks but since there’s not that many good mom and pop places around it’s nice to get that same feel from this location. Even if it is a drive through!
So I get that during pandemic things have changed, sometimes you have to wait a little longer with our orders, I get that. I was in this location today and I remember holding the door for a young lady. She went ahead and ordered her food and then I ordered mine, Caramel Frap and a cold brew black. The cashier proceeds to help the barista and prepared her order, the young lady was in and out in 5 minute. I myself waited and waited as I watch people steadily come into the location, another woman who had a mobile was getting her drink made as with other various mobile orders. In total I was waiting for about 10-15 mins and was in a bit of a hurry to get back to work. I walked over to the cashier and told her I was in a rush but she didn't offer to speed up the process or re-assure to keep waiting, I was refunded and sent on my way. I guess my business here doesn't matter.
My morning started off with my being deployed to another location. The service was great here and customer service drive thru was outstanding. The young man working their gave me a free ice coffee because he went out of his way through conversation with learned that Im a nurse. In addition to the two drinks I ordered What a
First off, I never ever leave reviews- however, I couldn’t resist... 3 year’s I’ve been coming through this drive through and they’ve been consistently amazing! Keep smiling, spreading that positive energy and making the perfect cup of coffee!! It’s worth going out of your way for this place!
