Instead of taking orders from people in line (like literally every business everywhere), this one allows you to simply yell your order from across 20 feet away, bypassing the entire line. Service: 1

Online stated they were open and got here just to find they were closed. No information was provided as to why. Very annoying when you drive out of your way for caffeine to not get any. Management needs to do a better job here.
Waste of money. If I’m spending 9 bucks ona coffee I expect it to be right and not have to go in twice for the coffee and butter for croissant. 12 bucks and 30 minutes wasted. I’m going to start just asking for my money back at this point
Got An iced green tea latte with coconut milk. My Beverage was made quickly, and tasted great. The service wasn't as friendly as I'm used to for Starbucks. The girls were more interested in gossiping with each other while my drink was handed to me, leaving me with a bit of an awkward feeling. I said have a great day to them and didn't receive anything back. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

The drinks were amazing but the best part was the employee. The employee we had was Tommy. He was so pleasant and energetic when we came in and was very polite. We were on vacation so we are very sad to not be able to see him for a while. Last time we were here he was working as well and the experience was great!!
Inconsistent, sometimes it's good but more often than not what I receive is watered down or improperly made, it's happened way too many times at this point. I just want to be able to trust that the $6 drink I'm getting will actually be worth drinking. Employees are lovely but the coffee needs a lot of work.
Tommy - My daughter and I stopped into Target this afternoon and grabbed snacks and a drink at Starbucks on our way out. We received a friendly and welcoming greeting from Tommy!! Such a pleasure. A great employee you have there! Thank you.

Poor service! The lady at the register was beyond rude! If I say I want heavy cream in my iced coffee then maybe don’t send me to get the half and half that is sitting at the condiment station! She didn’t seem to want to be working, if that’s the case you may not want to be working with the public. Try putting a smile on your face, it may bring your customers back for more.
Cant sit anywhere because seats taken from ENTIRE store, I'm told. I needed snow cleats, on boots, off to BE SAFE, and not slip on THEIR floor.....girl behind counter shared her hair color was a color, dyed..I complimented on..humans dont do well in which and where IS MY LINE, and which is the best one on my so needs to be stressed imagination.....guess what? Didnt buy a thing! Went with friend as I think driving is a cardinal toxic sin, believe $, is loss if you attempt to believe any seller..no one knows my worth...how many listen to type instead of TALK, now...bla bla bla...had to go outside to DE-STRESS, as friend got through line.......

They refused to sell me 3 state mugs, because of some made up policy 2 per client. When I asked to show me that in the policy they could not.
