Sarah is truly amazing! She has the most upbeat and positive greeting in the early morning! She already knows my order when she sees me and always has a kind word to help start my day. I've never had an issue with my food or service at this particular location...very pleased! Food: 5 Service: 5

Walked in to pick up a mobile order, lady who finally greeted me wouldn't make eye contact and seemed put out. When I finally picked up my order, I rushed out because she set a bad tone for me. I arrive to work only to find she gave me a completely wrong item! So disappointed, but not surprised....I should've gone through the drive through! I hit a lot of Starbucks stores in the area due to my job, and this is one of my favorites. They're the friendliest I've found in Fort Worth, and more consistently get the basics right. To me, those are keeping drip coffee fresh, and making the essential espresso drinks right. Food: 4 Service: 5

Waited 30 min for an order that was already placed and when I finally asked Jules to check the MANY mobile orders that was stacked and sitting by the window she acted as if i was bothering her telling me they only had 1 bar and when another person asked she ensured them that their order was up next with a very nice smile. Won’t be back! Sorry I bothered you JULES! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not my usual Starbucks, but I have been here several times before, and never have I felt this much disregard or respect from the employees previously Oh well, i guess this Starbucks doesn't really care anymore if they treat customers that are not regulars with respect or acceptable service quality 🤔 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I would NOT eat here. Picked up a mobile order and one employee ran her fingers through her hai and proceeded to work without washing her hands. Another employee sneezed on her arm and instead of washing her arm she continued to complete an order. They are not sanitary. These baristas are kickin’ butt despite how busy it is. Arrived at 6pm and they are SWAMPED, and doing their absolute best. Store lobby was clean, counters were clean and they were working hard despite the long drive through line and busy lobby. Good job guys ! This was one of the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever seen I had to walk in because the lady that worked the drive through in the evening was just all over the place i think she was NEW but she did forget to give me my sandwich so i had to drive back to the location I went in & the counters was a MESS! There was fruit all over the counter it was just nasty! Also the drive through line was long an moving slow & they also didnt have any STRAWBERRY PUREE so so I couldnt get the drink I originally wanted! I hope this location gets better!
