Good place to get coffee. Different from a normal store of course but it does the job. I like it here. The current employee , Christian. He is nice and he is trying his best, always friendly and making a great effort to do his job right. I really appreciate him. Seems like a good guy. The coffee is good. We enjoyed our time there.
Located just off the elevators from the Publix parking garage, this Starbucks is convenient to grab a hot or cold beverage before heading in to Publix to shop. The barista here made great recommendations and she made the caffeine-pick-me-up just perfect!

Terrible. Just terrible. Got my order wrong multiple times. Ran out of supplies more times than I can count. Just an overall bad experience. I'll be making my own coffee from now on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the Chi tea. I think this is a drink that is good hot or cold. Nice cream tea and cinnamon taste... I hope that makes sense.
It's a fine store but cramped when you've got 16 people standing in the store waiting for their order. Customer service is ok. Just long waits. Kind of what we are seeing all over due "short staffing" so it's not a surprise. Put your order in online if you can to avoid the long wait. 1 barista making drinks for 16 people can take a while.

The organization is terrible at this location. They are constantly behind. This morning was no different, when I asked if there was a mobile order for my name they said they were trying to catch up without even checking the orders behind the counter. Then the drink that had been sitting behind the glass for about 5 minutes, was moved to the mobile order counter and it had my name on it. Some of the ice had already melted. Very unsatisfactory.
If you are black or minority this location is not for us. Placed an order and when I went in to pick it up, no one assisted me. After making eye contact with each associate behind the counter more than once to no avail. I stood in the designated area for mobile pick ups so I wasn't sure why no one acknowledged me. When I stated quite loudly, " What's the problem?" which startled everyone including customers. Jen came over and asked the name for my mobile order. This company already has a history of not being minority friendly anyway but due to my colleagues wanting Starbucks I obliged. Poor customer service and management team! Will be pushing my complaint up further because clearly they need the updated version of whatever inclusion and customer service classes you offer.

Before I came into the store I looked online to see if they was closed. Online said 8:00pm I came in the their was a lady behind the with glasses. She said we’re close, I replied it said 8:00pm online. I walked away she waited until she thought I was closed far enough to say it 7:05. That was unprofessional if the time online is wrong she could have just stated that. Theirs a lady when I come on Wednesdays who is always nice and fast.
