This Starbucks never fills our orders right. We pay extra for extra cold foam and whipped cream - each drink coming in at a whopping EIGHT DOLLARS - and then they get annoyed when we ask for more cold foam or whipped cream that we already paid for. They also never fill up the drinks all the way. Today they told me they had to charge me AGAIN for extra cold foam when I already paid $1.25 for it. If they made it correctly in the first place, I wouldn’t have to ask. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I spend a lot of money at Starbucks, and I expect my incredibly overpriced drink to be right. Pics for proof.

My friend and I went through the drive through. He purchased a $7 cup of regular coffee. The girl at the window was sweet and quick. However my friend dropped his coffee right when we exited the vehicle because the lid on it was deformed and not applied correctly. I would think they would be serving their drinks in Yeti cups for the price they charge. The prices in this country have gone way past the point of exorbitant. I am glad that I do not personally like coffee. If I did however, I would not pay $7 for a small cup of regular coffee. Just my opinion.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews for this location. I drop by usually about once a week and have always had good service. Sometimes they are a little slow, but there’s also a high school across the street so I’m always aware that the inside might be full of kids - especially during the week days. It’s usually no big deal and I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than maybe 15 minutes for a drink.
Started going consistently when this location opened and reconnected with an old school mate of mine, Trinity! She always takes my order and shares a smile and a good time. At this point, I often go just to see her. It’s always nice to have someone happy to see you when you walk in a door.
Often, too, the folks there that recognize me there will literally bring my food or drink out to my table if they see I’m working (I work remote so I like to go and sit for a couple hours.) This has happened with various baristas there at least 5 times.
Definitely recommend stopping by and making friends with the folks there - it’ll change your perspective when you put faces to a name and see the humanity instead of thinking of it as a well-oiled machine. Happy to have this location nearby!

Why I have to wait for tall pike that is already brewed. Every other Starbucks the person behind the counter will simply hand me my brewed coffee with makes perfect sense. This Starbucks I have to wait on the person making all the other drinks which makes absolutely no sense. I was simply trying to get a cup of coffee before work! Very slow and not because of the person making the drinks. Because the person on the register act like it would take an act of congress for her to simply hand me my tall pike so I could get on with my day. I'll just go elsewhere

I’ve been to this location multiple times since they opened. Yes, they are slow but it’s not a big deal because it is Starbucks and most days I’m not in a rush. However, I’ll say 75% of the time my order is wrong. One time no big deal but almost each time is unacceptable. If I’m spending $7 for coffee then I expect it to be right 🤪.Today my order was wrong, again, so I asked the barista about it and she literally yells at me and says that was what I ordered but they can redo my drink. It’s literally on my cup what I ordered, which is wrong, and even that was wrong 😂. I asked for light ice and was given almost 3/4 ice and no caramel drizzle and the size was wrong. Won’t come back to this location for a while.
I'm not a huge Starbucks coffee guy, no offense, but on the go it's sufficient, but the people were great and nice to my 2 year old. And they make a great steamed milk for him.

Please Please, I beg of you all to learn what a cream cold brew even looks like... I am convinced these people do not drink coffee. I get an unsweet cream cold brew minus the cream every time.. not to mention it spills out of the lid EVERY time. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt given this is a new location but I am fed up with spending so much money and not getting what I asked for when what I ordered is a menu item. Anyone can look at this and tell me this is not a cream cold brew … WHERES THE EFFIN CREAM BRO.

But someone needs to teach them how to make a decent coffee! Maybe they need to clean their machines more? Landscaping is starting to get overgrown with weeds too, you should try and keep things looking good outside.

Service is so slow. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and had to leave before getting my order. If you stop here then I hope you have time to wait.
