Asked for the panini they had available that was chicken and bacon. I assumed it would have flavor and or condiments and or cheese or veggies. Nope. I couldn’t even finish it. Staff was nice as usual but starbucks is going to be hurting when Panera opens. $7 for this? And I had to eat some of it I was very hungry. Starbucks needs to up the quality of the food for their locations.
This location is not good, inconsistent every time. I was charged for a venti instead of a grande although I was given a grande, also my second drink was completely wrong. When the drink was remade after waiting 10 minutes it was still wrong and the older woman with purple hair had an attitude about it. I rather make a further drive to another location or support my local coffee shops.
This Starbucks is less than 5 minutes from my house. I'm not going back! Michelle is the absolute worse. At this point I can't trust them to make my order because she has given me the impression that she'll tamper with someone's food. She rude,confrontational and unprofessional. She dropped my food from my mobile over because she was talking oh the phone and not paying attention. She intentionally makes my drink undeniable if I order a frap(I know this because everyone else's are similar consistency when made by others and she ll bring it to the window when she not working the window). Somehow my breakfast item is soggy when she makes it. She's a poison to the other staff.
Consistent drinks, but we’ve had half a dozen or so questionable encounters with the drive through. Wrong orders, mostly, but today was told they couldn’t find the mobile order, and to pull to the front parking spot. After 15 minutes of waiting, I walked inside and my drinks had been sitting on the counter. I asked the kid at the window if he had planned on sending them out to us, and he shrugged and went back to taking orders.
It’s a small thing, but when time is tight in the morning, a 15 minute wait can be the difference between on time for work, and late for work. This particular location has caused me to be late for work a few too many times.
Used to be good We waited 10 minutes in line for 1 drink to be finished. This is not how we usually get treated. One staff person finishing 1 drink should not take that long with 2 people waiting in line. Won't be back.
Grace was so sweet- I don't go to Starbucks often so she recommended me the strawberry acai with black tea and it was great :) she was so enthusiastic, great service 10/10
