This Starbucks is definitely the best I've visited lately. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the place is spotless. I have been here twice on my way to work and both experiences have been excellent! Mari is textbook example of quality, customer, service and strong a reminder that it’s never “too early in the day” to be kind and caring. Mari also took the time to inform me that the Pistachio drink is a great option (I can’t believe I had not tried it before!) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered from this Starbucks almost every month, and it's constantly very tasty with their Iced Latte and their Strawberry Acai Refresher with Lemonade. Customer service isn't always the best, but when the service is good, the baristas are amazing. My drink from this location takes anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes... maybe sometimes longer depends on how busy this location gets. The ambiance is like a modern classic coffee shop. By far one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to! We waited over half and hour for three drinks that weren’t even made right. My drink which was a iced London fog tea latte tasted like a watered down version of its original taste. It had some weird foam on the top on the drink which I have never seen before. The service was friendly but the quality was horrible.

This starbucks closed while we were in line. There was probably 7 cars behind us, when we lined up we were wrapped around the building 20 minutes prior to closing. You would think someone would come set a cone or perhaps turn off lights, something. Service: 1

This is the second time I’ve had a horrible experience. If I order coffee, I don’t want tea. Especially when the sticker on my cup specifically says what I ordered and it wasn’t tea. Not being able to get this fixed is also an issue! Their general manager at this location was extremely rude both times I’ve had this issue! Price per person $10–20 Service: 2

Pick up order wasn't on time. Update: The order was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes. I get there in 7 and wait an extra 20 minutes. The place was empty inside and the drive-thru which usually have a line only had between 2 a 3 cars. It’s not an excuse why I wait so much for a pickup order. Someone in the store took out the order from the app so it looks like it was already picked up when the truth is I was waiting next to the counter. Another -🌟 is because the order was wrong. They did a frappuccino instead of creme frappuccino but I just kept my drink because obviously the workers at that time didn't know how to work with clients. This is not the best Starbucks. Title: Mediocre Experience Rating: ⭐️⭐️ Starbucks has become synonymous with coffee, but my recent experiences have left me unimpressed. The prices are steep, and unfortunately, the quality doesn't match the cost. I find the coffee overrated and overpriced. There are better options out there for those seeking a truly exceptional coffee experience. Disappointing.

This store has gotten so bad and the employees don’t even care. I order a drink it’s clearly made wrong they just toss milk in a cup and send me on my way after spending $8.00 on coffee. I’ve called and reported them yesterday after I was waiting 35 mins for coffee. The manager needs to have a training session with everyone and the quality needs to be raised. I’ll be going into target where they care about the quality.
