For whatever reason, they gave me my drink but decided to hold my lemon loaf cake captive for 15 minutes while they served other customers. When I finally got their attention, I didn’t even get to ask my question before they immediately just handed me the pastry that had been sitting there on the back counter… like… I was not rude whatsoever and have worked at Starbucks before and so I get it and try to be as kind as possible so I’m just very confused as to why I was treated like that.
