I asked for a hot matcha latte w/oatmilk and a pumpkin loaf. I never complain if it’s busy but there was no one in line, I got to my car and my matcha wasn’t matcha and my loaf was super cold. It’s upsetting when you want to enjoy your drink and it’s wrong. :-( Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
