I placed a mobile order and sat down to wait for my latte. A younger barista saw me and didn't say hello although I was the only customer. I asked about my order after about 10 minutes passed. She let me know their machine was down. I was surprised she hadn't said anything before. I let her know I had placed a mobile order and asked if they could refund me. She told me she couldn't and to call 1-800-STARBUCKS. An older barista overheard this and offered to make me something else. I agreed and she made me a wonderful, huge cold brew. Definitely a mixed bag in terms of service. Will probably not return.

Don't waste your time here. I have had nothing but problems at this location. There is no sense of urgency, they are always out of stuff, even venti cups...really?! I had stopped here often in the past and grew so tired of the wait and the poor service I finally spoke to a District Manager, no change. I stopped today on my way to work after 60 days of going elsewhere and nothing has changed. Ridiculously long wait just to find out they are out of stuff?! On top of it the lady was so rude to the guy in front of me and she was still helping him 10 minutes after I had given up and went to purchase a water and was walking out! I understand there is a staffing issue Nation wide, but that's no excuse for slow poor service. I will continue to go elsewhere. I'm done with this location. Probably done with Starbucks in general. The friendly staff across the street at DD will gladly take my business.
This is a Fry’s kiosk, not a Starbucks store - and it shows. When I stepped up to order (no other customers) the employee was texting on her cell phone, and did not even notice I was there. I waited to see how long she would take to look up - at least 45 seconds, with no apology. And they do not accept ApplePay, which cost them the sale.
My wife loves their iced matcha green tea lattes! For me, eh, I've had much better coffee at other coffee shops. But just for the record, the service is always great!
I tend to come here with it being local and easy to grab when grocery shopping with my kids
The older woman is very sweet she does a great job with my orders no issues
But I was extremely upset to see the dark hair you feeling women be very arrogant and disrespectful to the older women in front of customers and gossiping
The dark hair women also made faces when talking rudely to the older woman
I never have any issues or notice any issues with the older woman and I happen to stop in here to this location daily she seems to always be bright and cheery and hard working each time I see her
It was unprofessional
People want to see respectful manors and kind friendly faces when stopping for their Starbucks
