I come here frequently because I live across the street. I’m seriously disappointed in the decline this Starbucks. I have gotten 2 drinks from here in the last couple weeks and they have been several under filled. I brought my drink home without taking a sip and thought that it felt really light. I had Lauren BOTH times my drink was under filled! This is not acceptable at all for the price of drinks! I spoke to a manager the first time this happened! She needs to be trained again or some other action because it’s robbery! So disappointed!
We use the drive thru almost daily. Everyone aside from Makenzie is amazing. When Makenzie takes your order she refuses to say good morning or introduce herself over the intercom. When you get to the window she can't be bothered to be a human and speak to you. This morning she totally messed with my payment after it was already through so I could use my reward points instead. She was very unprofessional with her tone in speaking to me about it all even after I told her not to worry about it because the payment had already processed off my gold card (which I've had since 2012). Shes also rude to speaking to the other employees with the orders. My husband refuses to cone her due to her always being here when he does come through. Put Makenzie in the back stocking or cleaning toilets cause thats her personality until she can prove otherwise.

We shop at this Fry's location every Sunday morning where the Starbucks is located (typically before 9am), and we used to always get iced coffees before we do our shopping. For the past couple of months, they've been out of their cold brew for some strange reason, so they can't make iced coffee drinks. Yesterday after being out of cold brew yet again, we decided this location has now lost our business. They should probably look into having a better manager run this location.
UPDATE: 3/06/22 Decided to try again, and once again no cold brew for iced coffee. Dropped another star.
9 times out of 10 this Starbucks location is always painfully slow. Understaffed + The employees are generally apathetic and show the typical symptoms of millennial malaise. The Fry's store is pretty great, but the Starbucks is not.
Two baristas and hree chances to make an ice americano all fail. Discouraged from shopping at this supermarket all because the Starbucks here sucks badly. Management needs to take some accountability and retrain their staff on how to make simple beverages especially when they charge 4 bucks. I'm not hard to please just a regular construction worker that like an ice americano. Handle this starbucks it's bad for biz...
Wow... I went through the drive-thru at 7:25 p.m. since the hours say that they close at 8 p.m. no employee came up on the kiosk to take our order so we pulled through to the window. We saw an employee standing behind a wall peeking to see if we would just drive past. The employees are not honoring the hours posted online.
