Red head on Halloween was very rude, she didn’t seem to like that I had a custom order and gave me a terrible attitude while she tried to explain in a very rude manner why she couldn’t do it. I come here every day and order the same drink every day and for the most part the ladies making it are very good at it and not rude at all. Today was a very different story, seems to me she just didn’t know what she was doing.
The Barista is super nice! She is great with kids too and makes excellent drinks. Love this location cause it's a smaller in store and not super busy and often has clearances on coffee and starbucks gear.
I usually really adore Sbux. I am especially thrilled that this store opened within walking distance. I normally would give Sbux 4-5 stars (losing one star because of pricing usually), but this time only 1 star because I used mobile ordering and then walked to pick up my drink. When I got there I found out they were out of my order. Usually mobile ordering would tell me this in advance, and not allow my order. Since I had walked there, I settled for a drink the barista recommended. It didn't taste bad at first, but I soon realized I didn't like it. $6 wasted - results in 1 star this time. Drinks are expensive and I don't usually mind when they taste yummy... but not this time (yucky).
They seam to be storing the Dark roste in storage containers, has the Old coffee flavor. Not the Fresh Brew as I feel that I'm paying for. I'm have stopped going to Starbucks, even using my Starbucks mugs as paint cups lol
Manager Joanne overcharges and yells at customers. Don't come here, it's worth walking across the parking lot and inconveniencing yourself that much to not deal with this wreched human being
