First time going to the Purmerend Starbucks (it only opened a month ago!) and I love that they had colorful reusable tumblers, cups and so on! The matcha Frappuccino was so tasty!! One star less for service because there were not many people but it was still a bit slow (slower than what you can expect from other starbucks). But the personal was super friendly! Honestly, this feels like a Starbucks knock-off, except it’s more expensive. Probably the focus is on drive-thru, but the items are very overpriced for a small town like Purmerend. Less options than your average branch (no salads or fruits, for example) simpler decoration and facilities and, the most shocking, ultra slow WiFi. The service experience as a customer is alarming. You can get two lattes and two cookies in 20-25 minutes. The employees are extremely slow and the sandwiches on the shelf either have no expiry date or already expired. This place needs a proper store manager to keep things in order, I had the worst Starbucks experience in the last 18 different countries I have been to.
