Some dude showed up at 11 pm to enter the store for under a minute. He dead stared the car next to me with 2 girls in it the entire time. My food wasn't made for 15 minutes, everything was made wrong, I didn't get my popcorn chicken on the first trip or without asking where it was, and I'm pretty sure the dude was dropping off drugs. Ordered a 3pc chicken basket. They charged me 5.29 for just the chicken and gravy, they forgot my toast, 2.99 for the fries which were half way full. The chicken as you can see was nasty and the gravy looks like milk.. worst food ever 🤢 Food: 1

The worst Sonic I've ever ordered from. Our food was cold, stale just nasty. I called spoke with manager. Make it right when you come back again. Went back ugh same thing again... Cold burnt breakfast... It shouldn't get a star... I don't recommend Sonic in Winnie to no-one!!! Absolutely unacceptable... X2+ Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

The service is always terrible at this Sonic. It consistently takes FOREVER to receive your order. Most of the ordering screens do not work so you spend a lot of time trying to find a place to order. They often have only one employee working so the poor person has to do everything and they just cannot keep up. Today they served us drinks that were poured into Sonic cups from soda cans that were already open (I only know this because we watched it happen) and both drinks were extremely flat. The new phone system, sucks. Saw all the cars next to me, behind me, pulling out their phones, putting them away, then leaving. No wonder there was no one walking around. I opened and closed the app 5 times, it let me order. The person brought the wrong thing, and no receipt. Not going to this one, ever again. Got a meal with a Sweet Tea. The sweet tea has the nastiest flavor ever. Tastes like it has been sitting for weeks. Or like someone had spit tobacco in it. It made me puke, and every person with me smelled or tasted it and all was disgusted by it. I’m not even giving this Sonic a chance again. Third time this has happened. I called the second time and said this is not the medium sized popcorn chicken it’s the small . The manager said is it the same size as the French fries box ? I said YES , it’s the same size as my kids kids meal French fry container. He said yes that’s the small. I stated this is the second time I’ve been given a small. I’ve been coming here for years and the medium was never this tiny. Fast forward to tonight , As you can see from the first two pictures , I asked before I pulled away “ this is your MEDIUM popcorn chicken ?” He says yes I stated that’s not what the manager on the phone told me but okay. It’s literally the size of the MINI Reece’s blast ! And look at how EMPTY the the Reese’s blast is! Ridiculous they couldn’t even fill it to the RIM ! This was the third time in a row and won’t be back . Thats crazy for $10.

Well we bought about $30 worth of food and when we got home realized they didn't give us our shakes I tried to call and let them know but the phone just rings and rings and rings and nobody answers probably about the 30th ring somebody did answer and then just hung up the phone very unprofessional very rude and I want my shakes so we ordered it was a large strawberry one and a large chocolate but anyways we want our shakes cuz you won't answer the phone I guess I'll just have to come in there but I am posting this on your page right now so you can see that you guys of two shakes Service Take out Price per person $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Strawberry

Everytime I go to this sonic it’s always something wrong with the order or they do not have something this time it’s something simple asked for and paid for Texas toast yet got the regular bread. Stopped by at around 8:30pm and waited in the drive thru. We were the only car in line. Sat there for about 5 minutes with nobody taking our order. Went to the kiosk figuring maybe the drive thru wasn't working and the employees continued to ignore us. They literally walked outside and were taking photos and selfies and joking with eachother having a great time. No wonder there were no other customers at this location. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry and this was flat out horrible. Yall want $15 an hour for that service?
