I love it how teen employees just eat in front of the costumers and dance I wonder if they wash their hands? Be careful on getting your food here they feed their face before the customers plus the dude with the purple hair slide in the front was rude as well. Good getting really terrible Food: 1 Service: 1

I had a family member apply for a job here. He was told to show up for a job interview at a specific time and they weren’t ready to interview him eventually someone came to talk to him and basically hired him on the spot without a resume and asked little to no questions about the person they were about to employ. They then told him to show up two days later to fill out paper work when he showed up they claimed there WiFi wasn’t working and therefore couldn’t do his paperwork. He continued to try to contact them to see when he could come in next and received no response. He message them two more times after that asking if they still were gonna give him the position and still no response. So if this place seems to want the help that they have been advertising like crazy about maybe they should contact and put in effort to get employees. Not surprised though this is how most fast food places operate then wonder why their overturn rate is so high. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor communication. Lady taking our order was rude. We had to keep asking the difference between 2 breakfast burritos and she just kept listing the ingredients, which sounded like the same. Awesome, fast, friendly, employes know what the customer basic needs w/ ordering making the visit all around a great experience all of the time no need 4:waiting around 4 none sense cuz they 4got napkins like most fast- food/drive-thru dining . Sonic is the real thing when it comes 2 fast-food/drive-thru choice of eats. All other fast-food joints should copy n paste the way its done @ sonic nd apply it 2 thier place of work! I bet thier reviews will improve instantly n very much improve. Thier no such thing as 100% / Perfect but thier is very close that is hard 2 find. Think simple pay attention, try 2 have patience w/ difficult situations, I know it's hard 4 most but B KIND, SMILE, its contagious, love ur position nd n e repeat customers will instantly have a smile nd b kind right back 2 U during the next visit ! Why? Cuz from my experience w/ my sonic experience that 1 employee kindness n smile put a smile on my face n changed my negative mindset 2 b positive I followed suit n treated others the same thinking what a different world it could b if everyone tried 2 b nice 2 others n all employees were as kind as the young lady @ sonic. Thanks 2 the young lady @sonic Im not going 2 let that grouchy older employee'S rudeness ruin my day n e more. Legit one of the worst Sonics I’ve ever been to. The food is always stale and old, the drinks are awful, if you order extra of anything in your drink you get less than normal, and the service is HORRENDOUS. The food and the service have been horrible lately. I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders on DoorDash, these are what I got. Sonic, these are NOT chicken tenders. Do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I really hate to leave such a bad review because I know what a struggle it is to find good help at times and the stress that comes with the job but our experience this morning was the worst I’ve ever had the man working was very rude from the beginning from taking our order to being put out because he didn’t have change for a $20 like it was our fault he didn’t have change at 8:20 in the morning he wasn’t even busy we where the only ones there. The worst service possible. The manager was so rude. I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich with the egg on the side. They put the egg, cheese, & bacon on the side. The bread was cold. I went up to ask if they could remake it with just bacon & cheese in the bread, because the cheese was stuck to the box. She refused and just gave me a cold piece of cheese. She also argued with me when I mentioned the tots were cold. She was so rude and argumentative. It would have been easier just to put the egg on the side, like we originally ordered.

Lunch time crowd here definitely gets it hot and fresh, besides a regular fast food wait, Sonic really delivers superbly. Whether at the drive thru or car stalls, customer service is great and polite. Make sure you look to spend 7-10 mins there during lunch rush or order from their awesome Sonic App. (1/2 price drinks on their app all dau long). Besides a burger sauce mix up today, Sonic lunch crew deserves a 5 star thumbs up for it's hot and delicious burgers and tots!
