If you ever order fries or tots they are NEVER fresh. The fry was so hard and greasy you could tell it was hours old. I asked for fresh ones and the girl with a brown ponytail and glasses came and told me if I wanted to chew someone out to call and ask for her manager Miranda. I literally said "hey I'm sorry, these fries are hard. Can I get new ones?". The staff is always so rude and the food is never really good. I hadn't been there in weeks before today and I understand why now. Horrible customer service and old food for $$$$$. Not worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff consistently makes me wait over half an hour before even starting my food. Drive through usually doesn't have anyone running it, and you can sit for ten or fifteen minutes without being addressed. Pulling into a stall is very iffy. Sometimes they respond, sometimes they'll ignore you for twenty minutes after you've pressed the button. Was made to watch most cars both order AND receive their orders, had to call restaurant to get service. Happens every time. Id rather just not eat then arrive when all the staff collectively decide to go on break together and be made to wait my entire lunch break to be spoken to. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
