We ordered on the app. Took almost 30 min to get food. When our food arrived it wasn't hot. Definitely not “fresh” as their sign reads and the fries were clearly either left over from yesterday or freezer burned and then cooked today. It was awful. I placed an online order through the app an hour ago and I'm still sitting at the stall waiting for the food. When I pressed the call button they said it would be right out. That was 20 minutes ago. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to have to wait?! Update: pressed the button again and was told "sorry we're doing drive thru only." Consistently have had an issue with the speed in which the employees first interact with you as well as how slow simple orders are to get made. When you look into the area where the employees are, you can see that only a couple are actually working and the rest are standing around and seem to be playing with each other instead of working. I have now sat in this Bay for over 10 minutes having pressed the red button twice, and not one employee has reached out to me or even acknowledged that I am here. This will be the last time that I do business with Sonic Service: 1

The employees are very kind and willing to accommodate. Though we did have major issues with our food…one being our fault but the second was an extremely long piece of brown hair (now placed on the receipt) being pulled out of my grandmother’s mouth while she was mid chew. We tried calling the location since we had already left but no one answer either time we called.

Would have only 1 star if it weren't for the lady, who I'm assuming was the manager/supervisor on duty, helping out and being friendly about it. A girl brings out my order. I say, "Are the ketchup packets in here?" She stares blankly. Then I repeat and she says yes. They weren't in there. No ketchup. I ordered 4 packets My daughter's burger meat was hard in places. I went in to request a remake. Couldn't remember what my daughter asked to leave off the burger so I asked the same girl what came on the burger and she didn't even know how the burgers were served. She kept staring blankly like she was lost. Finally the manager jumped in and found the order and remade the sandwich....however, my daughter still only ate half because the edges were too hard still. The manager was nice and did step in. That's why they earned 2 stars instead of 1. -Onion Rings: Hard. Thin. Too Crispy. Over fried. -The Frychos: I wanted just cheese and onions. Got fries, Onions, and like 1/8 tsp of cheese. Seriously. See the photo. Had to go back in and ask for cheese. -The only decent item was the Double Grilled Cheese Burger....which I didn't get to enjoy warm from running back and forth inside. I order 5 milkshakes through the delivery app, go to a stall and wait 30 minutes and no one brings me my order. Then I press the red button to reach someone and no one answers for another 10 minutes. So finally I go through the drive through only for them to bring out my milkshakes instantly! My advice, if you order online, GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!!! The young lady working the drive thru ad a very bad attitude lies and said the system went down and when we said we would wait decided to take our order then lied and said the ice cream machine was down. Every time we go here and order on the app ahead it takes like 30-40 minutes to get our food. Like outrageously long waits in the stalls. They clear the order within a minute or two of you pulling up and checking in to keep their times low but then take another 25-30 minutes to get your food out to you. Some locations are pretty good about it but this one is one of the worst I've ever been to. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
