As of 2 days ago I've been a supporter of this Smoothie King since they opened over 5 years ago. The service is now worse than in the ghetto, the people working there look unkempt, grungy and dirty. The decline remains on the decline. I wouldn't want their hands touching my food any longer and won't. I've walked into the store to witness food fights by the employees, the employees eating sloppy bitten into burgers, lips gloss and cell phones laying around along with other meals from local restaurants at the register being eaten while 4 people discuss who will be taking your order not to mention lines of played with self made smoothies for their entertainment and fun, slippery and nasty floors and the quality of the product I no longer trust. I have contacted the health department based on my last experience a day ago. That was my last time patronizing this location. I also purchased my own specialty top quality smoothie blender and will make my smoothies at home from here on out. What a disappointment to allow nasty, grundgy children/teenagers who look as if they haven't bathed for days to demolish a business and the livelihood of others. Sad ending. (I have since spoken with the Manager and Assistant Manager and look forward to the upcoming changes as this Smoothie location used to be the BEST LOCATION I'D EVER SUPPORTED) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been going to the smoothie King for some years and never had an issue until tonight, I have even visit three times through this week along . Normally, I order the smoothie bowls with extra fruit on the side for my toddler, lately my toddler likes mangoes and strawberries never had an issue with morning shift I asked for to sides of mangoes and one strawberries feed be to my Toddler it’s just convenient for me to go there and grab it while we’re on the go. Tonight I decided that I wanted to grab two smoothies for me and my oldest child and a side of mangoes and strawberries for my toddler however I was told rudely that they can’t do that? I don’t see why not… they lost my business at this location never had an issue with other locations I am highly upset with staff on tonight. Basically you’re going to lose money. I will speak with a manager about this. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is my favorite Smoothie King! I always get great service from the folks working there and the store Manager, Sheila is amazing! I go to this specific Smoothie King for two particular reasons. The first reason is that the service is top tier. The second reason are the cups! It’s not the foam cups but the plastic cups that I can see through. I love the cups and drive out of my way just to go here because I love the cups and the service. It doesn’t hurt that I know most of the employees because I order from there often. Let's be for real how do you struggle find people to work there for $7.25 per hour but fire the people that do work there like pick a struggle babe's. Also the fact that everything in there is broken is crazy like spend some money to get it fixed and the mold problem around the store is gross like how do you let it's get that bad, also fix the smell under the sink I can't stand it. I don't understand how y'all are still open the health inspection people would close y'all down in a heartbeat. Also the management is horrible like you don't train us for any situation then get mad at us because we don't know how to handle it. The only good thing there is the banana boat when the bananas don't come with mold. But that is just from my prospective

Ordered in the drive thru, but wasn’t sure of what I wanted and I needed some help deciding as I cannot have dairy and wanted protein in my smoothie. The lady who was helping me stopped replying so I left saying hello? Hello? And answered me 30 seconds later saying, “did you decide what you want?” As if she didn’t care to help. I then ordered a 20 oz keto champ. Got to the window and they charged me for a 32 oz, I did not receive or order a 32 oz. I was charged for a 32 oz but got an 20 oz smoothie and they closed the window before I could say anything. This is terrible customer service smh..

I got to smoothie king all the time and get the exact same thing. The smoothie king at 4799 Atlanta Hwy, Ste. 540 literally only put 60% of the smoothie in a 40 ounce cup. I might as well have purchased a 20 ounce. Plus, they gave no receipt, which made leaving a direct complaint/review impossible. They knew what they were doing.

My wife and I stop by this smoothie king every day after our workout for the past year, and we realize that the customer service from two individuals Cloie B. and another worker Kadence S. have been horrible and very unprofessional. Earlier this week Cloie B. made a smoothie for me that was not right, and she asked me what was wrong with it. I told her and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Then she began to laugh and joke about it with her other coworker Kadence S. As a loyal customer to this smoothie king I didn't appreciate the way I was treated by these two individuals. I guess l have to take my business elsewhere where it would be appreciated.

Love the Quality of the smoothies but im not going to pay $14 for a 40oz smoothie again …sorry Smoothie King i guess i will make it at home from now on.. u lost a customer because of your overpriced smoothies…
