Small shop, friendly staff, yummy smoothies. I think I've only tried the Greek yogurt mango pineapple smoothie but even so I think it's delicious. I'll have to try some others to really get a good idea but I can't imagine any are bad because they're all loaded with sugar anyways. If you're going here thinking you're getting something healthy let me tell you that's almost never true with smoothies. They sound like a healthy option but are usually packed more with sugar than a soda or iced tea especially if you get the largest. This is a place to treat yourself for dessert which is fine. I've never had a problem with the staff and if I remember correctly I think they give a military discount which I almost always forget to ask for which sucks because they're on the pricer side.

I placed an order on DoorDash and it was cancelled so I called the store to find out why since I found it odd because I ordered in advance. According to the person I called, there were only two workers working but they went above and beyond to help me out. They contacted DoorDash and immediately called me back to let me know they got my order and are working on making it. I appreciate the customer service I received. Thank you :) Food: 5 Service: 5

Hopeless place. I was there at 8:40 pm. The signs said its open. Nobody responded the drive thru lane. Even the store doors were closed before 9:00. Will never go again. There many cars behind me waiting and had to return without getting anything.

I’ve edited my 5-star rating to a 1-star rating. I usually come here at least once a week. This place has gone downhill over the past year. Tonight they’re out of pumpkin. Out of green tea. That’s two smoothies I ordered that weren’t fulfilled. Plus. Why do I have to wait 15-20 minutes inside for an order while 3-4 orders go through the drive through? It’s also rarely clean inside. The floor is sticky as I stand here waiting for my smoothie. I’m not sure I’ll keep coming back at this rate. There doesn’t seem to be any type of leadership or guidance to employees. Myself and a few others stopped going here because the employees inconveniently and annoyingly hand/fumble the credit card machine on a large wire out the window for the person in the car to swipe their card, obviously so they can collect a tip. I don't think this is a scenario where a top should be requested. If anything, put a tip jar at the window. It is awkward for the driver as they have immediate access to see tip or no tip prior to serving you. I recommend ownership has the employee make sure to swipe the card on their own instead of having the driver do so.

This is not a cup of mashed potatoes. It’s a Smoothie King Gladiator Vanilla with frozen vanilla yogurt and Coconut Water supposedly. I’m the smoothie creating game I fee like that is a pretty easy mix. Just thrown in the trash as it is undrinkable. I understand it’s busy but give some care to what you are handing via the drive thru.

I'm not usually into chains, but this establishment is fantastic! First of all, the workers are fantastic. Always nice, smiling, asking how my day is. One even suggested how to make my smoothie even better. He was so spot on! I now visit there once a day for a thick smoothie with lots of flavor. Important to me: Vegan options (nutty super grain tastes like a real peanut butter milkshake!) Also important: they fill up my reusable cup each day :) Only thing I would like to see is environmentally friendly straws! Please!!! But this place is fantastic!

Took 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Took another 40 minutes to get this smoothie that wasn't even filled all the way. He shook it up to try and make it look filled.

Smoothies are never made right. Last two times my smoothie was made it was so disgusting and chunky I gagged. You wait 20 mins for one smoothie. The staff goofs off the whole time while you’re sitting there waiting. The açaí bowl I ordered was watery and had barely any toppings. Won’t be going back.

Visited this location 3 times and 2 of them they had not opened on time or only 1 of the two people had shown up in the morning. Today, body was running the drive through so I just sat in line waiting until each car gave up. Went inside and there's a kid in a sixers hoodie telling everyone that everything is frozen and will take a while to thaw and he's the only one there and not going to wear the drive thru headset.
