What a delightful lunch from a hidden gem inside the Hillsboro Public Works building. I had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and a black bean salad, both of which were very fresh and delicious. The sandwich had all the right ingredients, so many flavors, and definitely filling. The black bean salad, yum! Again, so much freshness and deliciousness. I'm looking forward to my next visit to try something new, maybe the grilled PBJ. Oh, I can't forget the service.
