Customer service was horrible! They would rather stay in the corner, talking to their friends. Then take care of customers I’ll never be back this store again self check out 01/12.24 7:10 pm had to call the guy over twice to fix a problem that he should’ve fixed the first time!!!

This is a grocery store. The meat selection is stellar.. and there is an enormous veggies and fruit section. Never lacking in the seafood dept. Thank you shop rite... 💯 Thee best meat selection in NL...

Don't bother complaining about items ringing up for the wrong price of you use self checkout. You will get told it was your fault it rang up for the wrong price. Horrible customer service at night.

I will not shop at this location for various reasons for this everything I go to this location there managing staff and certain employees follow me around the store. It's ridiculous and profiling and I don't appreciate it as a former paying customer that will gladly take my business and money else where. First I went there to buy items there was something that popped on the register for store log asked for help 5 times no response from cashier or manager they do not know how to treat customers and they lack customer service. Yes this a concern and a major complaint this must be addressed.

I was denied purchasing Aleeve D. When I ask why, the clerk said it doesn't tell her why and asked when was my last purchase. I haven't bought anything with an amphetamine since April. I told the clerk that she just shrugged her shoulders. I went to a nearby CVS and had zero issues purchasing Aleeve D. Clearly, something is wrong on Shop Rite's end. I won't be shopping here again. It was completely inconvenient for me to be forced to shop at two different stores for no reason.

This location has THE MOST OBNOXIOUS, IMMATURE & GHETTO staff (MAINLY cashiers) that I’ve ever seen & I’ve been to A LOT of various supermarkets. I’ve never seen such trivial & childish behavior but they all look to be teenagers so I guess it’s expected but management needs to coach these children on what is and is NOT appropriate during work hours. Please speak to them about their little minimum wage humor antics before they get their feelings severely hurt. Appreciate it!

So happy to find a variety of corned beef here! Good prices on produce. Disappointing carrot cake cupcakes - not one raisin or walnut to be found. Very generic taste. Not gonna get them again.

We bought me from the new London ShopRite but it was not good it was brown inside so we went to Noah’s to exchange it end it was the same issue watch the video it will show you that is brown on the inside and we just opened it so no air got in it and the black female manager said at Norwich said we grind our meat fresh every day
