You can have nicely cooked seafood, fried chicken and fish at this restaurant. The great location of ShopRite of Christina Crossing makes it easy to reach by any transport. The competent staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Prices at this place claim to be adequate. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cozy. Google gives it 4.1 so you can select this spot to have a good time here.

My experience at this ShopRite was good. This location is huge much bigger then the one I usually shop at. They have a good selection of meats, dairy, produce and seafood. The store is clean and they also have an area with snacks and drinks. My only complaint is they only have self checkouts no cashiers. And more than half of the self checkouts were down which means they are very short staffed and don’t have people to staff the self checkouts.
I've just made my final order with shoprite. Every month without fail, they fail to deliver at least a third of the stuff I order. Then I have staff telling me they'll call me back. Fail to deliver on that. And it's not even just this location. Then tell me that they're backed up and they're about to leave because they have stuff to do, and i haven't even gotten to tell them what's wrong with my order. I'm done. I tried to give them my business because I usually get really good sales for my groceries to last (I don't make much every pay period). But this is the end of road for me. *Editing from my original review: the person I talked to this morning was helpful and sent the missing items out. Raised it to 2 stars for remedying the situation.
I have been trying for 2 days to get ahold of meat room or store manager. No one answers the phone. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Front end service desk people are not helpful at all! EDIT... called Newport store. Spoke w Matt in meat room. He actually called the other stores to find what I wanted! Matt needs to be commended for his helpful nature! Great guy, from the Newport store!

So they fire all the cashiers to install all self checkout.... Then shut down all the self checkout lanes... And only have a couple open with cashiers to check you out... Im confused.... Now you have to wait in a long line or behind people with huge carts... Because none of the self checkout lanes are open.... Then you have to wait in line to have your receipt checked at the door... Because they dont trust you to ring yourself up.. or the cashiers who ring you up... All the beef was outdated but not marked down.... Store was pretty clean... Somewhat stocked... But this store is going downhill... Not to mention they have cheap paper bags that rip.. and charge you for them.... Or you just have to walk out with a cart full of stuff and no bags... They should at least provide courtesy bags when you spend a certain amount
They have a lot of nerve to sell these flimsy bags that rip when you pick them up. If you’re gonna make customers pay for bags, they should be a better quality.

It's a very good place to do your shopping. The workers are friendly and helpful. And they get you out pretty fast and efficient.
last night my girlfriend and I were shopping here and have both just started to feel better. We wanted to be in and out so we were both scanning the items at self check out. We did not have any bags and were both scanning the items. Nor were we offered bags that were visibly not in stock. As soon as we paid the extremely rude employee (a young girl with braces and dark hair in a pony tail) said she needed to check the receipt) I’ve worked in retail many years and the issue that lies here is that she should have walked over and said you missed the items in the seat of the cart (which was an unintentional mistake of ours bc we did not have any bags and we were scanning items than separating the dry food, and frozen food in the cart) it is not our job to ring up the items we are purchasing and we are not paid to do it nor are we receiving a discount to do so) so her rude approach, than also making a racist comment that jersey shore thought they were going to come in and take groceries as well as 6 employees trying to go through the receipt to check the items (when all 6 of them could be at the register ringing guest) is a reason myself and my very large Italian jersey shore family will not be returning to this grocery store. If we had intentions to steal groceries I would not be writing this review with my first and last name. It’s ashame bc a few weeks ago a gentlemen helped me get some crab meat and was very polite and customer service oriented. Employees like herself who were not even corrected by two managers for saying such an offensive remark will be the reason you will loose customers, customers who had no issue handing over a receipt and purchasing the missed items when by law you do not need to show anyone a receipt of your purchased items .. close down self check out and avoid theft and loosing customers. As all 6 employees were checking our recipes I watched two other guest not scan items and walk out.. a more sufficient system needs to be ran here ! Maybe start with a new management !
only 3 staffed regular and 3 of 8 self check out lanes open. lined were 10 customers deep. Do Better.
I give three starts because I’ve ordered cupcakes here 5 times because they are the best! I’ve never had a terrible experience until I encountered a young white girl at the bakery on November 13, 2023. Usually it’s a male who is always pleasant! I went to pick up my cupcakes and and I had other items in my cart for checkout. She made sure to walk me to the front while holding the cupcakes to ensure that I didn’t steal them lol she even hit me with that weird smile/grin that white people do when they don’t want to encounter you. All the other times I’ve ordered cupcakes and never encountered that. It was very uncomfortable and would not have happened if I was a white woman.
