Great little place , is much bigger than it looks outside. Had some divine raspberry jelly with homemade bread before our meal. I had the fish and chips. Probably the best fish I've had in awhile. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely love Shiloh's. The food is some of the best in the 4-corners. It is normally perfectly seasoned, hot, and just overall fantastic. The outdoor seating is absolutely lovely, surrounded by greenery and a water feature. In colder months, we sit inside. It's still lovely and cozy. Would recommend to anyone. Could I please give this restaurant more stars!! We're on a getaway to Colorado for my husband's birthday. Could not be happier that we found this amazing place to celebrate! Briefly met the owner and she was so sweet. We were seated in the patio with "our well behaved service dog". The patio is gorgeous! Shaded with beautiful trees and vines so it's much cooler there than an open patio. The water feature is beautiful and sounds so pretty. Our waitress, Cathy, was sweet and attentive! We had ribeye that was tender and cooked to perfection! Cathy informed us the bread is fresh and baked twice daily. So yummy! Our pup enjoyed a hamburger patty and fresh water. A gentleman, I believe the other half of the owners, brought out my husband's red velvet cupcake and after a great performance he announced my husband's birthday then got the other diners to sing Happy Birthday! Fantastic experience! Excellent food and atmosphere! Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Shiloh's food is good but considering the high cost and it is a steak house, I do expect a high end presentation. The food came to the table luke warm, so not good timing on the food. One of our steaks came very rare when ordered medium. A "nice" restaurant needs to have nice and modern stemware for wine not stemware from the '50's. The atmosphere is dull no back ground music and people asked us to stop talking even though we were not loud. Finally, they almost lost our credit card and finally found it in the trash because our server lost it. I have never been impressed with Shiloh's.. There is a new steak house opening in Dolores so we are hoping it is better and more up to date. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Shiloh steakhouse is a fun little place that the locals say it is one place you need to go. After we walked in i could see that they have a live musician playing music on his guitar and singing. With the aesthetics and the music playing together it gives you a nice family gathering feel, like your at one of your family dinner parties. We started off with the fried clam strips with lemon and cocktail sauce. The breading is crisp and the clams are nicely cooked. I got the mango daiquiri and my wife the Arnold Palmer and both drinks are constructed wonderfully. We both got the salad, mine with ranch and my wife got the blue cheese. Both salads are very freash and crisp and the blue cheese was very good. For the main course i got the bacon wrapped filet mignon cooked medium rare with garlic mashed potatoes and steak fries. My wife got the country fried bison steak with garlic mashed potatoes as well. The filet was cooked beautifully and well seasoned so that the bacon wasn't over powering the filet but complemented it perfectly. The steamed vegetables was nice and didnt taste like any of them are raw. The skin on the steak fries are nice and crispy and the inside has a nice firm soft core and they are also seasoned well. Our server Akira was very attentive and very professional and it felt like she was there to make sure we got taken care of. Over all we are very happy with the food that we have been served and we will definitely be coming back here next time we are down here in Cortez Colorado.
I ate well done cooked meat. My preference and it was delicious. Loved the food. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes House Salad

Of all the places we ate in Colorado while vacationing with our nieces, this was our favorite place. It was a beautiful night, and we were seated on the patio. Live music enhanced the atmosphere, and the tiny lights under the umbrella illuminated our meal. Tyler greeted us, and lead us to the patio. He brought us delicious homemade bread, with equally delicious fresh raspberry jam. We didn’t need the butter. He also brought us water and utensils and napkins. He was a very pleasant young man. Katie was our waitress, and she, too, was wonderful. She took our orders, after answering our questions about several menu items. Young niece had an Arnold Palmer to drink, husband got iced tea, snd older niece got the margarita with a grilled pineapple. Hers was the only drink that was just okay - no more grilled pineapples in alcoholic drinks. Didn’t add to the drink. Young niece got the children’s sirloin tips, with apple sauce & garlic mashed potatoes. She let us taste a little of each, and we agreed with her - excellent dinner! Her mom got the potato soup before her entree, and shared it with her daughter. They liked it so much that they almost ordered another - but then they would not have been able to eat their entrees! Mom got the avocado salad and loved every bite. I got a smaller version, and loved it, too. Husband got the barbecue ribs - St. Louis ribs which were tender and sweet. Since the shoe string fries & house salad with home made dressing (which came with the ribs) were SO GOOD, all were devoured, too. He got asparagus and I’m glad he gave them to me. Soooo good! He’s not a fan of asparagus. But I am! We did not have room for dessert, and we saw the huge cheesecake when we walked in. It looked like the real NY cheesecake we love! Maybe next tine - and we really hope for a next time. This is a fantastic place, and we will be back when we are in the area. You who live in the area have a real hidden gem!

We live in Cortez but had not been to Shiloh's since the current owner took control. My wife had the filet mignon. It was outstanding. As is often the case, the staff was short but out server, Dayton, did a great job. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
