I went in today. Irene was there and she could see I needed help. She helped and was kind. When I was ringing out a fake item wasn't coming up. Irene once again came to the rescue. She pushed the sale through knowing I was in a rush. She had an awesome smile on here face. Amazing customer service.

Took me 3 times ever going to Shaw's to realize it's so overpriced compared to Hannaford or Market Basket. Hannaford is even nicer than Shaw's yet somehow cheaper. The staff at Hannaford are way nicer and willing to help. Shaw's whole customer base is old people or those who don't want to drive an extra minute or 2 for cheaper prices.
For example, Shaw's sells this pre seasoned ground chicken for $7.50 a pound when Market Basket sells it for $4.99 a pound. Hannaford sells fresh mozzarella for $6 a pound and Shaw's sells it for $9.95 a pound. As you can see they're hugely inflated prices, not just small amounts.

I was very concerned about the condition of my lobsters. There seemed to be a dead lobster in the tank with only 4 live one. Got mine home not as peppy as I like...but they cooked up tasty.

I have downloaded their app in order to save . Never works have had only bad luck using ap their computers are never in sync with sales never ring up at register back to markets basket and sam's I go
Since leaving this post the market actually cares I have gone back couldn't resist their weekly flyer. ( They do have great sales) all is now in sync with their app everything rang up . So ty shaws for remedying situation!! Luv Luv ya sales

I'm beginning to get very annoyed with Shaws,the digital coupons never seem to come off correctly at register and I have to wait in line for customer service to receive a refund. The line at the register gets backed up while the poor cashier tries to correct error and never can seem to do so and I keep apologizing to everyone and feel like I am making people's day a complete disaster.THIS SHOULD NOT BE...PLEASE GET THIS WORKING PROPERLY.

Friendly staff! Had some items that no other grocery stores had in stock and they put them aside for me when I called, as I had to drive 35 minutes to get there. The staff were upbeat and eager to help both on the phone and in store!

First time at this store, so nice to get to a one that is either newer than the one in Newport or maintained better. Nice produce section and lots of little cutouts for specialty foods.
Was a little disappointed in the Sushi selection and Kielbasa, both were present but neither offered a lot of options...I was not planning on eating both at the same time, not a good combo.

They recently had they're Grand Reopening and everything looked in order. The refresh really does make it shiny and new again and the store itself looks amazing. Seems to have a happier environment and the staff looks happy. The best part is that they have every line open! Great place to shop truly. Bathrooms are always so clean.
