Super disappointed. Got food poisoning from the omelettes. Kids meals were burnt and inedible. Will never eat here again. Take a look at these photos. If you're considering ordering from here, please save your money and go elsewhere. We ordered 2 omelettes and 2 kids meals with chicken strips and fries. $80+ delivery and tip. Never again. Worst dining experience we've ever had. They had one waitress working the whole time and it took an hour to get our food. When we finally got our food it was DISGUSTING, her omelette was a horrifying undercooked mess. My eggs tasted like dish soap and the French toast was nasty as well. Do not go to this shari's location! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I normally love eating at Shari's but I am so disappointed in our food experience this round. Apparently the chicken tender basket portion on the adult menu is pretty close to the chicken tender basket portion that's on the kids menu but Shari's restaurant has no problem over doubling the price. Total scam! The chicken tender kids meal comes with a little amount of fries and 2 chicken strips for $5.99. The chicken tenders & fries on the adult menu is same amount of fries as the kids meal with 3 chicken strips for $11.99. For one extra chicken strip it costs $6. Freaking $6 for ONE small chicken tender. That's INSANE!!! Lesson learned, don't order chicken tenders on the adult menu, you will barely get any food. This is definitely NOT an adult portion. Extremely disappointing!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Came in on Halloween with my adult daughter. The waitress was so bad. She talked in a Wisper, she didn't listen, she took our food before we were done eating, she's hardly came to our table, she forgot to put in part of our order and then when it was wrong she tried to justify it by saying it was OK because she was not charging us for it. Our pancakes had mushrooms in them, and the waitress picked at the pancakes and said of ya it was cooked in the batter. Never fixed the issue. She never asked if there was anything else we wanted and just brought the bill and slammed it on the table and quickly walked away. When we told her we were going to order pie she was very irritated. Once we asked to talk to the manager, she (waitress) came over and told us she would take whatever we wanted off our bill. We said no, we would rather talk to the manager. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
What I expect at Shari's, decent food, reasonable price, good service. Not impressive, but meets expectations. Had the club house sandwich today, wife had French dip, others had hangover burger. Sandwich was good, French dip a little dry, burgers were huge! Fries were okay, asked for crispy, they weren't. Got really tired after meal, think they use msg (sensitive). Their shakes are still great, though. Overall, a 3 star experience. Not in a rush to go back. This was also while visiting family in another state. This was in Vancouver, WA, Shari's near home in Eugene is definitely better! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
I like to give every place five stars because I’m a nice guy. But this Shari’s is just not a five-star establishment. Positives? Our server was pretty attentive although after two coffee refills we were forgotten. The coffee was decent for a diner. The sourdough bread was awesome. Super thick slices. The best. The pies looked good. But the place has a weird smell when you walk in. The building is sorta falling apart, as you can see from the seat pictures. And the prices aren’t exactly cheap. I mean, they’re sorta standard these days but they should be cheaper based on the sub-standard overall experience.

Haven’t been here in maybe 10 years. Used to come all the time when we lived closer. Then, the lady manager Bobby I think was her name, had the cleanest most comfortable Shari’s! Fast forward ten years, took a trip to pick up some Christmas decorations from the only lowes that had the ones we wanted. Decided to visit our old favorite spot across the street. The host and the waitress were so friendly! However, lose one star (probably two but service was good) Because it just looked and felt so dirty and run down :( the floors and head rests are filthy. A lot of booths are cracking, the pie case was empty and filthy. The shelves were empty and bare and there were no decorations. It used to be so well decorated and cozy with a giving tree. For a place that has holiday specials and should feel homely, it’s missing it’s mark from the ambiance. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

This place is falling apart. I am certain they are going out of business. Things are literally peeling from the walls. Makes me suspicious of hygiene at the food level, but the food was as I remember of old, in the 90s, when the place was a go-to for everyone, and the service was also as I remember, quick and professional in that lipstic-wearning no-nonsense way. Also, it is still open all night, so late diners are welcome. That was a saving grace for us on the night that we went. It met the mark by being open after 8:30. The chocolate pie is perfect, not too sweet , chocolate-y, with real whipped cream. Delicious. Good but going the way of the brick phones.

After having a bad experience a few months back, we decided to give it another chance. Huge mistake. The restaurant was relatively slow, we could see plenty of empty tables. After waiting for our drinks for an unusually long time, we ordered and waited for our food for about 40 minutes. The food was not all cooked properly, dinner roll was not edible, hard as a rock. Pancakes were burnt and placed upside down to hide it. The mac and cheese was swimming in liquid, which the waitress brushed off as “creamy”. The steak was over cooked borderline burnt, veggies on an omelette weren’t cooked, and absolutely no refills on drinks and were ignored by our waitress altogether. When we stood up to leave she came to give us our check and blocked us from moving out of the area we sat in until one of us grabbed the check in our hands. It was a pretty bad experience, not worth the cost. When we reached out to management there was no one available, and online will not allow you to submit any complaints. I would advise you to save your money and go elsewhere, I wish we had. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
