It's a hit or miss with the staff and owner if they are having a good day or not. But if you don't mind a friendly welcome or conversation, the drinks are really good here and it's our go-to heading out after a nice hike in the area.

Horribly rude staff. I went in 11/22/22 at around 1230, it was my first time there, when I walked in there was no one at the the front and heard arguing from the back. A few minutes later two girls come out from the back with no greeting or anything, we order while the girl taking the order says nothing or even looks up. My mom asked for the receipt and the girl was giving us such a bad attitude and still said nothing. While we were waiting for our drinks the two girls start loudly talking bad about customers who were in there before. They continue talking bad when they put our drinks down and still didn’t acknowledge us but continued criticizing customers. As for the drinks they were sickeningly sweet.
Just went inside to get boba, normally we go to the sharetea by hostetter and it's a great place but coming here today the girl taking our order there was incredibly rude it was very disappointing. Huge let down. Don't understand why she still works there considering the fact that she has multiple reviews saying how rude she is.
Anybody who knows internet knows Google reviews are the last place to find a genuine review. This probably will be paid to be hidden. Anyways I had to voice my concern.
I've been a customer of sharetea for a while since they launched .. All of their franchisees have a very polite and friendly staff. They understand what and listen how you want your tea made. However this location was a major let down. The gentleman who seems to run/manage this store really has hired kids who give no care about what the customer has to say.
We ordered three teas and wanted it Togo , the kid who worked there was so rude when I asked for a bag to carry the three teas I bought. I usually don't need a bag but I had my three year old toddler with me. Any parent here would understand that walking with toddlers is a challenge as you constantly have to be on alert and can't have both your hands busy holding teas. It would be better if I had a bag to carry the tea and I could hold my toddler with the other hand. Anyways that being said the kid just refused to give me a bag no matter what I tried to explain.
I think one has to begin thinking of treating customers a certain way before being so rude to a family with toddler and only asking for a bag. I wish I hadn't tipped when I ordered. I'm never going back to this location and will ensure none of my acquaintances will as well.
Oh not to forget .. this lil kid said I quote "dude just leave" ... I'm probably older than her parents ..I'm with a little toddler and she has the audacity to say this to a customer?
Another review here confirms my feeling about the store manager (shaved head guy.) He seems to have an unapologetic attitude the way he deals with customers. Knowing how to run the store is one thing, and dealing with customers is another. I spare the details here. On the other hand, the girl who makes the drinks is nice and pleasant.
Been here 30+ times, filled out the free boba stamp card several times. It’s a good place to go to after school or work, especially since you can walk a few blocks down to the park. I recommend the Thai Pearl Milk Tea and Mango Green Tea, they’re both pretty goated 🙌🏼
