I recently visited Sapphire Hookah Lounge and had a fantastic time. The place has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends. The staff was friendly and really knew their stuff, helping us choose some great flavors. The hookah was excellent - smooth and flavorful. I especially liked the mint flavor. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed evening. Will definitely go back!

I love this hookah bar! It's very contemporary and classy inside, and is kept pretty clean. The owner is very nice. Prices are comparable to other hookah joints in the area. If you've never smoked hookah or aren't very experienced, they can help you pick flavors and give advice on how to not overdo it. It's a nice, chill, and relaxing place. Oh, and the music is constantly changing. So, it's never the same thing (at least the few times I've been here). Lastly, the owner is making a lot of changes to the business. He's started a chess night, dance lessons, wine tasting, drink and draw, and other event nights. Plus he will start hiving some food options on the menu. So, I look forward to some fun times!

I started coming to Sapphire about a year ago and ever since I come at least 2/3 times a week. Sapphire has an amazing atmosphere to come and hang out with your friends or even just alone. On weekends they have different types of events that you can come and enjoy while making new friends. 10/10 would recommend if your local or just visiting High Point. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place truly just needs some exposure. The atmosphere/ambiance is unmatched. This is by far one of the best hookah lounges I have ever gone too. The led menus are too cute. But service is quick and good. They do offer beer and wine as well which truly enhanced the experience. I hope they get the customer base they deserve soon.

Came to NC for the first time and my friend took me here. I love this place, its clean, fun and people are nice. Definitely would come back here.

I had such a wonderful time at Sapphire! It was a small and intimate environment, well-lit, clean, and had a lovely setup. JC and the new management team went above and beyond to make sure our group felt valued and taken care of. The customer service here was 5/5, from the moment you walk in the door and during your time in the establishment. Best shisha I've had in the Greensboro/Highpoint area, hands down. We will definitely be back!
