The experience here with the hostess, kitchen and waitstaff is always exemplary. But as dues have doubled from approximately $250 to $500 in just about five years, I wonder if the employees are paid twice what they were five years ago. And if members are being rude to employees then it is very simple to institute a zero-tolerance and progressively punitive policy for elder children who cannot behave appropriately. But that is what a leader would do instead of plaintively begging members to act with basic decent adult respect.
