I would give a 5 star review BUT my family was sold a half raw rotisserie chicken which resulted in myself and 3 of my children becoming extremely sick! We are on day 2 of this and it is not letting up for me. The pain from being sick it horrible. A complaint has been filed and the photos will be submitted to the Environmental Health Dept. This has made my babies extremely sick, myself sick and is costing my family money as I am unable to return to work due to their negligence. And all they offered was to refund the cost of the chicken. $5 hardly bothers me, it is the fact that you have made people sick and need to be held accountable for those actions!
Drew was very thorough and patient when fine tuning my elderly father’s hearing aids. He was kind, gentle and explained everything thoroughly to help my Dad as best as he could. I would highly recommend him as your technician when making your next hearing appointment at Sam’s Club.

Sam’s Club of Hickory… either you ask everyone who enters your store if they have a membership card or you ask no one. Your “greeter” didn’t greet, but was rude and targeted me, not the white woman who came up beside me. I was coming from work. I dress nicely. I showed the greeter the app on my phone. She couldn’t see my membership card. How would I make a purchase without a card or app?? I’m so irritated with racial profiling (I’m Asian). Please do better.

Been a member for years and have gotten quality products at great prices, however some time have found similar items at other retailers same price or a little less.As all items you should check and compare, but overall Sam's Club is my choice.
Always great, only busy because it was a Saturday. They added a new thing to the menu: a pizza pretzel- which has an insane amount of calories 😂 Twice as much as a normal pretzel and way more than even a sundae. My personally love their pizza, which happens to be incredibly greasy(a huge plus for me lol). In all seriousness Sam's Club is great

Managers should be fired called for one no body could help waiting four over an hour for rotisserie it was done a whole line of people wanting what is wrong nobody cares waited almost 4 hrs. It was fathers day my dad 88 years old that's what he wanted so I waited. Sam's ruined my father's day and all the people that waited When I got rottesire home was dried out and I bought 2 never again.

3 stars because they only have 2 check stands open and presume we'll just use the self checkout. Also the exit is always bottlenecked and terrible to exit promptly.
My first trip to Sam's Club in about 15 years. Went at a bad time. Very crowded. I feel as if I save a lot of money but spent more than I normally would have.

After being harassed by staff I will never be going back to this store again. I have had a membership in previous years but stopped my membership due to not needing it. I decided to come by and visit today and see what had changed and if I wanted to renew my membership, but before I could decide I was met with management telling me that I couldn't be there without a membership. They treated me like I was a criminal just for walking around. I will be taking my business to Costco, Sam's club has lost my business entirely, and their staff should not be treating customers (current or future) in such a disrespectful and hateful manner.
Had the worst experience ever at a Sam’s Club today and it was here in Hickory. Three associates including two managers/supervisors would not stand behind the company wide return policy. Trying to return a Crockpot slow cooker that had defective stoneware. It is not subject to the 90 day return policy because it is neither a large major appliance and it is not an electronic (electrical yes but like a blender is considered small kitchen appliance) according to their departments on their website/app. 100% satisfaction applies to an item like this according to Sam’s website. It was really awful how they treated me as a long time customer of Sam’s. Arguing with me about simple principles on their own website. I am so frustrated and honestly someone needs to contact me and talk through how this will be corrected going forward. I am sick of supervisors/managers either knowingly not following policy or ignorant of it. Finally after 30min was able to get a store credit.
