And it just gets worse and worse. Normally. There's only 1 or 2 flavors out of soda. this time Every soda machine is down. They're handing out cans of soda and Icee cups. Luckily there was actually some ice Certainly no lids and I wonder if I'll get a refill. I pre-order a slice of 4 meat, but they gave the entire pie to the guy in front of me who didn't pre-order anything. So i'm waiting nine minutes for a whole pie to bake. So much for the fast lane. Update. Pizza was down to 3 or 4 slices total today. Ice was down on one machine. See pix. Everything said sold out on the scan and go app. If you are going to maintain a Cafe, MAINTAIN a Cafe. The two employees behind the counter are almost always over run. And something is always out.

A friend and I stopped in today. I ordered a pizza pretzel and my friend a hot dog combo. The employee charged me for three pizza pretzels and when I pointed that out she argued with me about it. I was finally able to convince her that she overcharged me, but she said she couldn't refund my money there; I had to go to customer service. Also, none of the soda machine were working, so they offered a single can of soda instead. Normally I get good service at this deli, but today was terrible all the way around. At least the food was good.

Shopping wasn't bad at all. I stopped at the cafe for a slice of pizza and literally waited for 30 minutes. 2 employees working but mostly talking to each other while the line continues to grow. No real excuse for the ridiculous wait other than poor customer service. Neither of the 2 working had a smile for anyone. They would frequently yell out "we'll be right with you" but then continue their conversation. Clearly neither of them wanted to be at work as they complained relentlessly about their jobs. With all of the cameras, why isn't there a manager around taking notice? Who manages the cafe with the excessive wait, every visit?
