This is a great little Cafe in Phillipsburg, NJ. They have locally sourced, delicious coffee of course, but they also have great sandwiches and bagels and other sweet and savory delights. The carrot muffins are my favorite treat! The owners, Matt and Anna are so welcoming, and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. it feels like home as soon as you walk in. Don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

What a cutie little place! great coffee, great people, great sandwich.
I had a stroller and struggled getting up the stairs and a patron helped me get in the door. Then the employees told me that I can call and have them help me or meet me outside next time. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and the whole experience was lovely! So glad I popped by.

Please take a seat while reading this! Matt is the man! He is so nice, patient, and kind. My husband and I were riding by and noticed they were open. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with open arms. The menu is decent, clean atmosphere, and has everything you need to put in your coffee or tea. As I noticed in the food display (check the photo, forgot to take a pic of the rest but it was gone before writing this review lol) totally forgot the name of it, Matt put together (freshly made bread, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, onions, and kale) you can get it with egg but I chose no egg. But, it was so delicious, that my husband and I came back for more. Even though there wasn't any on display (because they weren't selling). He was nice enough to take time from his busy schedule and offer to make a pan for us. With the community's help, we have to get these on display. You will not be disappointed. Plus, their coffee is amazing the taste is over and beyond.

The Salvaged Sip Cafe is a charming, relaxing, and friendly place for coffee, breakfast, lunch, or a snack! I went there last week with a friend and had a delicious caprese sandwich, and my friend had a wonderful cubano sandwich. The portions are generous!! They have a huge Italian coffee machine that makes fantastic cappuccino and other coffees. The chocolate chip cookies are to die for and the scones look amazing. Everything is fresh and top quality!
The location is picturesque, overlooking the bridge and river, a great place to walk around and stop for some great food. I can't wait to go back!!

Went in here on a whim after leaving the Apothecarium down the road. Walked in and was greeted by the baristas and two locals sitting inside. I told the very nice woman making coffee that I'd never been there before but I needed something to keep me up the rest of the day. She immediately supplied me with a "maricola" which is an iced concoction of Mexican coca cola and espresso. Never heard of it before but it's amazing! After she gave me my drink the barista told me about how they get their coffee from local roasters, which is cool. If you're looking for a new local coffee spot this is the place!
