Went for a late lunch. We got the chicken & house lo mein. Both were small portions compared to what we were used to getting in other cities. They looked like lunch portions, but we didn't order lunch portions. Thankfully, my bf accidentally ordered steamed rice to add to the substance. Mine (the house) was really hot. It had 1 piece of beef, but had a decent amount of chicken & shrimp. My bf's was warm but he felt it didn't have enough chicken. He left hungry. The woman helping us was very nice. Lots of people came to get takeout while we were there. It looked like there were only 2 people working ( our server & 1 cook), but it was Sunday mid-afternoon on a holiday weekend, so that probably played into the staffing. Ordered the seafood soup. it came with 3 tiny shrimp and a whole bunch of this fake crab stuff that screams low quality and cheap. After I took out all the highly processed Frankenstein mystery meat there was pretty much nothing but water left in the bowl. Very disappointed.

Since moving to the area, we have struggled to find a tasty Asian cuisine restaurant. Tonight, we found a spot and look forward to going back. Food was great and hot. Staff was friendly. Lady on phone and giving food was HORRIBLE. Prices are wrong online, i added how much it would’ve been and it was around 25-30. She didn’t tell me how much my order was over the phone and just said bye as soon as I was done ordering. My boyfriend gets there and she tells him $45 for 2 meals and 2 egg rolls. Sorry but that is two big of a price difference from online. But she starts fighting with my boyfriend at the counter until he tried to leave then finally gave it to him for $30. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Once we picked up our order and got home, we were surprised to discover that our entire order was messed up. I called the restaurant to explain to them that our order was wrong and the lady on the phone stared yelling at me telling me that I was wrong for picking up the wrong order. I ended up driving all the way back to the restaurant where the same lady on the phone told me again that I was wrong for picking up the wrong order. She then gave me our order and proceeded to make us pay for their wrong doing because it was our fault. She told me to never buy from her again. I will never purchase or eat here again!
