The servers are nice, but there are kind of a lot of flies in the restaurant. The food was okay, you can find better in other places I feel. The strawberry mojito I had tasted a lot like alcohol, and not very much strawberry sadly. I ordered my main and starter dish and got both at the same time served, my order initially was wrong as well, but handled professionally. Dear owner of Saigon Caphe, As an usual visitor, hereby I would like to give my honest opinion about the food I had today lunch in the Saigon Caphe Amstelveen. I’m so disappointed today by the quality of food, the waiting time, and the poor service I received today. I arrived around 12.05 where there is only two tables in the restaurant. And I ordered immediately because I know the menu already. I waited until 12.35 to remind the waitress to get my food. How possible the table next to me who order later than me but get the food even earlier. Due to the fact that the waiting time was already so long, I was expecting the food should be at least tasty. However, that is not the case again. The pho was soak in the soup and become way too soft, and the soup taste so plain. I have gave the feedback to one of the waitress, but the attitude of the waitress was so rude, she didn’t answer my question and didn’t even give a response but just work away. Overall, I think there is a lot of thing you can improve in the future. I hope you can read this comment and notice the problem you have. I'm a regular customer at this restaurant, but this time left me quite frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, I had to wait for around 25 minutes before my dish arrived, while others who came later were already served. Secondly, the quality control was terrible, especially today when I ordered a number 2 pho. In comparison to previous visits, this one lacked flavor, and the noodles were excessively soft, breaking easily, almost like they were served with a bowl of soup. As a frequent visitor, overall, I'm very disappointed and hope you can improve in the future! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a great time at this restaurant. The interior is beautiful, the staff was kind and the service was great. Ok, now the food. It was delicious! I skipped the pho this time because I wanted to try the salad, and I wasn't disappointed! I also tried the warm taro dessert for the first time, loved it! I will definitely go back!

Chicken noodle soup is really great, a pancake with chicken meat and shrimp excellent ! Friendly and courteous service. This time we ordered soup fish with paneple it was great... the rice with chicken was great and beef was delicious was so much saus- I'VE it!
