Simply a delicious. A buddy of mine was looking for somewhere to get a few shots with a steak. He was not disappointed. I was not drinking so I found out that the house root beer was quite good. You can also order it with a scoop of ice cream and it becomes a float and they do refills on the Root beer. We actually went back to back two nights in a row, We were in town for work. I ordered the baby back ribs with potato first night and a ribeye with sweet potato the second night. Both were excellent. They do their version of an awesome blossom I think they call it a Browning onion. It was delicious. I would recommend anyone going there if you are a love for a meat and you want to have good meal. I liked the interior. Service was nice but not really helpful in advising. Loved the salad and the bread. The chicken was grilled great but the vinegar in the cheese sauce was overpowering. The ribs were done great but the barbecue cause ( store type) was just slapped on . So it was not “ in” the meat . I love Ruby River. Service has always been fantastic. Tonight, we were served my Cade. He is awesome!!!! He had great communication and was so nice. My Boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time. The first impression is that it has a very cute atmosphere. There are cowboy boots and western photos all over. The pepper steak wrapped in bacon was amazing and melts in your mouth. I got the asparagus as my side but wasn’t to thrilled since there was now seasoning or flavor to it other than tasting like fresh asparagus. My husband had the garlic mashed potatoes with white gravy as his side and they were delicious. The root beer is also absolutely worth trying. Our server was Sam and was incredibly attentive and on top of it. He came to check on us often but not to it being annoying so thank you Sam for the great customer service! Some of the best steakhouse food around! The Ribeye was perfectly cook and seasoned to the point where each piece just melted in my mouth! We also ordered the Calamari and it was sooo good! I also highly recommend their root beer, we always get some to go. Our server was also very sweet and funny, can't recall his name unfortunately but he was on top of it all! Our orders were put in and received in a timely manner which definitely impressed my group. Will definitely be returning in the future! Disappointed. She had a 6 oz sirloin. Of which 2 or 3 oz was gristle. Spend more for a better cut may have helped. I had the French dip kinda sandwich. It was OK. Not great. Server was attentive. THANK YOU, for being affordable. Colin and Alyssa were fabulous, thank you. I ordered the 16 ounce ribeye (enough for lunch tomorrow)with a wedge salad and sautéed mushrooms, everything was cooked perfect! My husband ordered the beef tenderloin with garlic sauce, Caesar salad, with a loaded baked potato. It was all amazing. The place was clean and decorated cute. I love this place, because I also watched the employees take team pride in keeping it clean by sweeping and cleaning after people or leaving. I WOULD RECOMMEND Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fatty steak, dusty decor with dried sauce on the lamp. Steaks were chewy and not cooked well. Might be a nice option for someone staying at the attached hotel but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again even if I was across the street. Sadly disappointed. The whole place needs to be remodeled. There are holes in ceiling. And the hostess staff needs better training. They appeared to be having more fun socializing with eachother then doing their job. Not to mention four couples were seated before us, who all came in and asked to put their names down AFTER us. The bus boys are slow. Tables sat dirty around us almost the whole time we were eating. Our server was friendly. And the sour dough bread was good.
