Spareribs et menu enfant nuggets ok On ne recommande pas leur Entrecôte à 29€ dont ils ne maîtrisent pas la cuisson. Nous avons demandé bleu, on nous les a ramenées bien cuites...le 2e essai était guère mieux et surtout la qualité de la viande n'était pas au rdv. Beaucoup de fils, de gras, viande pas tendre. Bref, nous avons une autre définition d'un Royal Steakhouse! Dommage In english: as i do not have the option to reply to the restaurant's comment below, i am writing it here in English. Kindly note that we did express our dissatisfaction the whole dinner starting with the fact that rare is Not well done. Kids received their plates but ours lasted some time until we got it again. We did not eat together. We also gave the same comment to the young Guy who picked up our plates. We clearly said it was not as expected, and he replied sorry. And there was a second Guy who admitted the error as well (we turned the flashlight on to show the well done meat instead of rare). We are meatlovers so we know what to expect. If your clients abandonned the entrecôte as you said, then might be worth to remove it from the menu then? If the communication is not done between the staff members, clients should not be blamed for this. We did not have the energy to repeat things a 3rd time when we paid, sorry for that! We usuelly clearly mention our satisfaction or not during our stay as we believe that positive but also negative comment should help to improve things. We do not smile in front of you and blame you on the net afterwards. This is clearly not our way of functioning. Had a lunch here in the afternoon. Great view of the market square. The food was okay, and the service a bit slow. Staff is friendly though.

The sweet mashed potatoe was beyond amazing. Next time i will order a extra plate for just the sweet potatoe cause what u get is not enough. After paying the bill the waiter told me that is possible. Op uitnodiging van een goede vriendin hier gegeten, opvallend was dat het bij de Buren, letterlijk, vol zat. Maar hier slechts 1 tafel bezet was, de nieuwe eigenaar heeft in Geleen ook een eetgelegenheid, daar was het goed eten. Maar ons bezoek was een grote teleurstelling, mijn prijzige biefstuk was niet medium maar bijna wel done. Direct aangegeven en er werd een nieuwe gemaakt, maar de avond is dan al kapot. Mijn vriendin was net klaar toen mijn eten kwam. De frietjes had ik voor de helft al op van de honger. Maar bij de bief geen nieuwe frietjes, voor de zekerheid was de bief in stukjes gesneden. En hij dacht voor de smaak ook maar zijn zeezout op te maken. Ik vind zout best lekker, maar nu zat er toch een berg op. Ik had geen zin meer om te klagen, het mag duidelijk zijn dat ik in ieder geval niet meer terug kom. De zalm van mijn vriendin was overigens heerlijk, alleen beide borden waren heel erg saai opgemaakt.
