Here you will find a place with quality products, prepared and served in the best possible way. Let's start with the entrance to the restaurant, which immediately invites you in and reserves privacy with its long curtain. As you enter, you can see the chefs at work in the open kitchen. This is where the whole show takes place, visible and welcoming. There are two floors, and on the night I had the experience, I was on the top one. There is a warm atmosphere around the room, created by the candlelight and the colors of the carpets that support the wooden tables. The menus are new, well designed with tips on which wines can be served with which dish. The waiters are young, but very polite, attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes in question. As for the food itself, there is an absurd price/quality ratio. In the photo you can see the amount for 2 people for just 22 euros, with fresh produce, an unforgettable taste, and well adapted to Iberian culture. For the main course, there are a few options that include the menu of the day. As for dessert, I can only suggest that you save room in your stomach! You'll want more! Fortunately, the desserts are made in-house. Today's example is the fig tart with homemade whipped cream, and the mousse of forest fruits accompanied by dark chocolate. 4.5/5 We had an early NYE family dinner at Rossio and had a great time there. It's an Iberian influenced restaurant, with seasonal dishes and a good selection of wines. We started with some bread, served with paprika jam and kruidenboter and their own smoked duck breast. Their bread platter is one of the more creative ones I've seen in Delft, the paprika jam was a nice touch of heat to the kruidenboter. The duck breast was served with PX vinaigratte and a quince gel, both of which complemented the heavily smoked duck. Our mains were the pan fried steak, fish soup and venison steak. The meat dishes were all cooked the right amount, but the venison was one of the best I've come across in Delft so far this season. Balanced and tender gamey flavors paired perfectly with the Flor de la Mar Reserva white blend from Setubal, Portugal. The fish soup was creamier than usual, and it packed a punch of fresh fish flavor. We finished our meal with their chocolate mousse and a tawny port: yet another perfect match. Overall, all dishes we tried were tasty, I like that they have such a creative menu while getting the basics right and prioritizing seasonal, fresh ingredients. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is warm, I think it'd be a great option for a family dinner, a date or a casual get-together with friends. We were really satisfied with the service as well. Our waiter was patient with us taking forever to decide, and we could taste a few of their wines before ordering. Our food arrived quite fast too. They have a pretty good drinks menu that I hope I can explore more in the future: I'll definitely be back. To be brutally honest as usual; the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is ok. The table got the mushroom starter(it was ok), the two entrées ordered were Spanish rice and roasted lamb; both entrées were very good. Great little corner restaurant in Delft. The afternoon sun keeps you nice and warm, the service was quick, and the food was amazing. The chorizo celery soup is to die for. Top that off with friendly staff, this is by far my favorite restaurant in the Netherlands. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my new favorite restaurant in Delft. The food is excellent, the interior is very fancy and super cosy, the staff is perfectly organized and very friendly. I greatly enjoyed my dinner there and didn’t feel like leaving. Pictures shows the starters we ordered - home made bread with eggplant spread and salsa, both excellent, the former being the best baba ghanoush I have ever had. The other dish is beetroot and goat cheese salad that was also very good. For main dish we had prawns and cod, both deliciously seasoned. We stopped by for lunch there at the 17th of december. And boy what a treat it was! A little South European warmth in a chilly december month a week before the warmest happening every year. We had a little serving of fresh lentilsoup, and an antipasti for 2 with freshly made bread. Easy to imagine a temperature of 28 Celsius. We recommend this place! Yes, this is one of the great choices. I've been here during the summer in 2019. Foods are delicious. Being here, I felt like I am Amsterdamian. ^^ having breakfast here us a good start of the day.
