One of the best places for BBQ on the island. The ribs and chicken are both excellent as well the rice and plantain that come with it. The portions are hefty and can be shared. Ribs were $18 and chicken dinner was $14. Mullet Beach is top notch. Chair rental prices are negotiable depending on what day and when you arrive. If you arrive after 2 pm, they take $10 for 2 chairs versus $20. There are no pads on the chairs and there isn't food & beverage service at the beach. Also, there are no facility bathrooms. It is cash only.

Nice place on the beach. Rib and chicken combo priced right and very tasty. While waiting had a great conversation with the employees. My wife said the rum punch was punching. Will eat there again.

Rosie’s is an all time favorite of mine that I have visited and watched grow over the last 6 years. They have persevered through so much and are still standing even after the hurricane that destroyed the beach a few years ago.
They serve up fresh local and popular dishes all day long. The aroma is mouth watering when you get a hint of the smoked ribs and bbq chicken on the grill. The portions are generous and affordable compared to other spots on the island. Serving up drinks as well, you really have all you need for a perfect day at Mullet Bay beach.

Good location on the beach. Relatively fast service. Chicken nuggets - tooke less than 10 minutes. Chicken ribs combo and Fish combo 15 minutes. Shrimps with salad - took around 20 minutes

They are very disorganized. Food runs out randomly, they don't even seem to know when they're out of supply, the line at lumch time is ridiculous, this place simply cannot cope with demand. If you to Mullet Bay on a busy day, expect 30 minutes in line plus another 30 for your food to come out. Your best option is to bring your own supplies to this beach.

So, I just added Rosie's to the map. Google isn't quite getting the location right, but hopefully that clears up soon.
There are no earlier reviews because I think everyone has been doing so on Daleo, which is the other snack bar just down from Rosie's. Chester got us good seats and they were $15 a pair. Anna is awesome, and if you don't get her sense of humor, you'll miss out. We have been coming for years and we always eat and/or get drinks here. There is a larger selection of drinks - the Painkillers are great. Also, the food is amazing and you get more than enough. Seen below is the rib plate, which comes with rice and peas, salad, with plantains and mango slices. Delicious! As long as they're there, I'll be there when at Mullet Bay.

Nothing better than coming to Mullet and getting some of Rosies ribs and chicken!!!!! Its exactly what you need to complete your St. Maarten trip! So instead of the fries I like to get the rice because its Dominican style which has so much flavor. They also have ice cold drinks and bottles of Matouk's on deck so you can smother those wonderful ribs with hot sauce to your liking. I'll be there in January like I am every year.

Rosie’s has the best Ribs and Chicken on the Island. They seem disorganized but don’t worry, they have your order! Been coming to visit them for 26 years - even right after Irma!
