We had the best meal of our entire vacation at Roma. The eggplant, octopus and scallop appetizers were delicious. The meatballs were incredible. I had a dish that was fettuccine with bisque seafood sauce that had lots of seafood meat that was delicious. Desserts were amazing. Our server was Cosmo. He was such a geniune nice young man that truly cared about our dining experience. When I visit the area again, I will dine their every evening!

An amazing restaurant! The service was fast and very friendly with every staff member that we encountered. The cocktails and food were very good. The lobster risotto is a must order! I ordered the seafood pasta which was very good too, but enjoyed the lobster risotto more.

WOW!!! We visited St martin for the first time last year and Roma was under construction then. We heard towards the end of our trip that it had opened, and how good it was from several people, however, they were closed the following day. We were scheduled to fly out the day after that, so we extended our stay JUST to eat at Roma! This place did not disappoint! The BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT ON THE ISLAND! Our server, Shana, was AMAZING, and the entire staff is very welcoming. The owner tries to make it a point to stop by each and every table for a quick chat. Roma is a must if visiting St Martin!

Eggplant Parmigiana
Looking for an early dinner and we had been told about Roma. What an experience!! From the hostess to the wait staff to the dinner and dessert....nothing could have been improved upon!! I had the November three course fixed price special!! Started with Arancini (mushroom risotto fried balls), then lobster ravioli in saffron sauce and for dessert almond-caramel gelato with amaretto sauce!! Shana our waitress was just wonderful...so attentive!! My cousin and friend both had the bolognese with meatballs and couldn't rave enough about it. Overall, the best meal we've had since being in the island. We're coming back again before we leave. Oh and the prices were VERY reasonable.

Very good. My wife and I dined here in early January. The atmosphere was very inviting and warm. There is indoor and outdoor seating.
The food was quite good. I had the lobster fettucine. The pasta was perfectly al dente. The bread that Roma's serves is very fresh and delicious. I would buy that bread to take home.
The service was top notch and worth going back for alone. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Very nice restaurant. Delicious well prepared food. I had the pasta carbonara which was served with a nice selection of warm bread. My wife had the salmon which she also enjoyed. Very reasonably priced. We took advantage of their beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy the wonderful evening breeze on Sint Maarten.

I am happy to share about the wonderful time I had tonight at Roma Restaurant - Cucina Italian! The Italian cuisine at this restaurant was amazing! Every dish was mouthwatering and the flavors were very authentic. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very comfortable and the servers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to taste some truly Italian flavors!

I've been coming to Sint Maarten for a long time and have family here so they usually scout out some great places for me. I have to tell you that I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service, our entire staff, the decor, the atmosphere, the food, the quality and caring.
This restaurant is fairly new and a lot of the other restaurants should take a page out of their playbook on customer service. We were a part of 8 and right from the start you could tell how much the waitress cared. She was on top of things from making sure our water and wine glasses were filled, silverware was changed after each course, the table was clean, plates went down at the same time and that was just to name a few of the details.
It has a casual atmosphere so you can chose to dress up or wear shorts and a tee shirt. It is spotless and clean.
They have a great bar. Choice of cocktails and wines. The owner or manager came over a few times to make sure our needs were met.
We had a few appetizers from the eggplant parmigiana, seared scallops in a puff pastry, the lobster risotto and the Caesar salad. We had a nice bottle of 2019 Tommasi Raphael red wine from Northern Italy that goes well with almost any dish.
For the main course a few of us had the salmon with either mashed potatoes or fettuccine, the veal chop Milanese which was HUGE!, and a few also had the 12 oz rib eye steak.
For desert we had the tiramisu, the MILLEFOGLIE- Caramelized puff pastry, berries, white chocolate whip. $14 SEMIFREDDO- Crunchy almond-caramel gelato, Di Saronno amaretto sauce.
CROSTATA- Warm chocolate tart, vanilla gelato
Overall great choice! Will definitely be back at least one more time on this trip and I would highly recommend them.
Where to start … The place is tastefully decorated we chose to sit inside because it was very hot tonight and the dining roll is air conditioned !!! There is also a very cute outdoor dining area facing the maho strip. The food was perfect in every way. Lobster risotto , salmon and pasta dishes were all perfectly cooked and clearly fresh pasta. Makes such a Difference from box pasta ! Don’t walk run to Roma for an authentic Italian experience without having to cross the Atlantic. Bravo Roma !!!

Very beautiful new restaurant. Our waitress was amazing and she put up with a lot of changing minds/requests from my family while still being attentive and on hand. The food was slow to come out and a lot of dishes were cold by the time it got to the table. Portions for some of the pasta (ravioli) are very small while being expensive. Overall the taste of the food wasn’t mind blowing but the atmosphere and wait staff made up for it. Yummy desserts.
