This place is near my office and they have the best sandwiches. I particularly love that they have options for vegetarian sandwiches. The Paulie Walnuts portobello mushroom sandwich is my absolute favorite. They also have some of the best roast beef around. their staff are really friendly and helpful!

The gourmet sandwiches are absolutely delicious here. Current favorites are the Michael Flatley and the Yawdi. The side of homemade chips is the icing on the cake. Chefs kiss! It can get pretty busy and the Sammie’s are made to order, so if you’re in a hurry, do yourself a favor and order in advance on-line.

This place has it all and everyone is knowledgeable and kind. Sandwiches are excellent, food is fresh and always in stock and so is the beer selection.

Great service! Jesus was super knowledgeable and amazing customer service. Gave us a break down of the food there since it was our first time! Amazing people and food is delicious!

If you are in Evanston and you want good clean food, you can’t go wrong with D&D. I’ve been going here since College in the 90’s but just recently started eating their subs. At work, we order once a week. I recommend the baller.

Our go-to for a hearty deli sandwich in Evanston. I would say one of the best values in the North Shore and near Chicago in general. The chips they make in-house are included with the sandwich and are phenomenal. This place is always consistent with their quality and is a staple for lunch!
