Mark and Lauren are absolute gems! Aside from the pizza being absolutely bomb, all my requests/adjustments were on point and reasonably fast serve time with a friendly attitude. Also the watermelon mint refresher is a must try!

I got the garlic cheese bread, the cheese wasn't that bad to be honest but there was no garlic on my bread which kind of stunk but the guy was very friendly and the wait was only 8 minutes.

Friendly, patient and personable - the food was also delicious, a pizza, and I wasn't judged for adding pineapple. Of course I needed a beverage and opted for the cold brew, which typically comes slightly sweetened with a syrup and also a bit of cream. I ordered black and though I'm sure a creamy, sweet version is tasty, I have no regrets - It was delicious and had more of a natural crema like an iced Americano - sooooo good. The picnic table was open so I was able to enjoy part of a podcast while I waited and again while I ate.

Best PIZZA i have had in at least a decade. Freshly made dough and wood fire oven cooked. It’s a food truck at Next Level Museum & arcade. (Largest West of the Mississippi River.) Together, both make for a phenomenal day!!! Highly recommended.

Awesome pizza spot that adds a touch of gourmet to a fun multi-use fun property with other food trucks and an amazing arcade. Pizza is cooked quick by a guy who clearly knows his stuff with just the right amount of crunch and chew in the crust. If you don't want pizza and coke this place offers an opportunity to step it up a notch with other bites like marinated flank steak sandwich and sparkling drinks and cold brew. A can't miss spot that's worth a skirt around downtown Portland.
