Nice and cozy atmosphere for a dinner out with the family. It has a separate bar for those who are out to have a drink with friends. The food is quite good, specializing in grilled meats (a la parilla). Ordered the trifongo with churrasco in guayaba sauce, monfongo with fish in garlic sauce and grilled pork, chicken, and churrasco with tostones. The trifongo was delicious! Dishes are a bit pricey, but the food portions are rather large.
If you are in a rush, this is not the place for you. Waited 30-45 minutes until we were served. It's well worth visiting at least once.

If you are looking to have a great culinary experience and a place dedicated to meats, Rincon Argentino it is the right one , and is located in Ponce.
They have a varied menu but more dedicated to meats, the most we recommend trying is the pampas, since they bring all the meats and the service is enough for 2 to 4 people. They have a variety of drinks and desserts such as fried cheesecake.
Get to know them, visit them and enjoy excellent service and food.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and overall, I had a satisfying experience. The grilled meats, including chicken, pork, sausages, and steak, were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. However, I was slightly disappointed with the side dishes, particularly the plantains and sweet plantains, as they seemed to be reheated frozen goods, lacking the freshness and authenticity I expected, especially considering their significance in Puerto Rican cuisine. Nonetheless, the attentive service and reasonable prices balanced out the dining experience, making it a worthwhile visit. With a bit more attention to the quality of side dishes, this restaurant has the potential to be a top-notch culinary destination.

Parrillada Mixta
This is the neatest restaurant in the heart of Ponce. I suggest coming at night so you can see the lights and enjoy the live music. This appears to be a home converted into a restaurant. The service was amazing and we enjoyed the half pampa between the two of us and there was plenty to eat and some to take home. The flavors were amazing and one of the best meals we have had visiting Puerto Rico. A must try in our opinion in Ponce. The pricing was great as well for the meals and service.

Last day of 2023 and to celebrate another year and our last night in Ponce, my family enjoyed a delicious dinner at Restaurante Rincon Argentino (RRA). The prime rib steak and the sauté octopus was delicious. The octopus was perfectly prepared in a savory cilantro sauce. The steak was overcooked but as soon as we communicated with the wait staff they worked with the chef to bring us another one. This time perfect. (Photos do not do the food justice).
As a vegan, I had the tasty trifongo. Each bite was savory, sweet and flavorful.
I want to commend rhetorical staff. The service at RRA is the best I have experienced in a long time. They were attentive, accommodating and engaging. It was NYE and they were so gracious. I would have wanted to be home. They treated us like welcome guests. I would highly recommend Restaurante Rincon Argentino.

We were attended today by Jorge, our server and Amanda. I think its unfair that we always come back, love it and dont write reviews. The best feedback is a customer thats back right?!?
Nonetheless a good thank you to Jorge for the excellent service today, he made us feel at home and Amanda by squaring us right away. Thank you. The food is authentic, the terms of the meat and descriptions are right. The time of wait is always fare.

It took near 2 hours to get food. Meat was great, but everything else pretty lame. Overpriced. They kept padlock on the yard doors in order to make sure guests don’t escape without paying. It is not a joke!

A friend recommended this place for my birthday dinner and it was the best recommendation ever! Everything was tasty and flavorful. Good portions and unbeatable prices. Place is pretty and it has a great atmosphere. You need to try their flan de queso for dessert!!
