We had the best experience ever! When we checked-in we asked about hiking Rysy and the lady at the reception (Isabela) was very caring and helpful. She arranged a taxi for us for the next early morning. She also had a breakfast prepared to take with us since we couldn’t eat during the regular hours because we left at 5am. She was very caring, gave us the number of the mountain emergency team and an app to use in case there is a problem. She also told her colleagues we were going to do the hike so the next day her colleague from the reception called us to check if everything was alright. So we truly recommend this hotel not only for the best staff, but also for the nice room, location and services. Thank you Isabela if you see this review, we have reached the peak!!!

Exceptionally kind, helpful and friedly staff. Very good location, near to the National Park, and to the main walking Street. The rooms were very clean, but there wasn't any cleaning. The beds were too soft.

Zakopiański Dwór was located on the outskirts of the center of Zakopane, within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife and mountain lifts. The hotel offered on-site parking for a fee.||||The hotel rooms were simply furnished with bed, armchair, table and flat screen TV with Polish channels. There was no kettle, minibar or air conditioning. The mattress in the bed seemed to be made of foam rubber and was not particularly comfortable. The cleanliness seemed to be good, but the room was not cleaned during our stay.||||The common areas were clean, but somewhat cold and impersonal. The reception was open until 23:00 and I missed the opportunity to buy coffee, tea, other drinks and snacks at the reception.||||The hotel's bar and restaurant closed at 18:00. We felt that this was too early and wish it had been possible to buy something to eat or drink later in the evening.||||The hotel breakfast was served as a buffet with a good selection of cold dishes. It was also possible to order various hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, omelettes and sausages from the staff. The products in the buffet were fresh and nice in color, but I missed some more local and homemade products.||||The staff at the hotel were somewhat reticent and I missed more genuine service, hospitality and care from the staff.

We stayed at Zakopianski Dwor for 1 night as a family of 4. We were given a family room with two double beds and a single one. Our daughter got a cot with a very nice blanket she loved. The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a decent view. The en-suite had a nice shower and a hairdryer. ||The room and hotel themselves are just lovely, very authentic and original.||Quick and easy check in and check out. ||Very nice lady at reception. She even put our son's sledge away for a night so it didn't get wet or freeze overnight!|She was very helpful and quickly organised some boiled water needed to prepare our daughter's formula. ||She gave us a couple of good tips on thing worth seeing while in Zakopane.||Breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from.||Overall, we can highly recommend it.|

I loved this hotel, I chose it because of how beautfiul the building looked in photos and it did not dissapoint. Covered in snów it was beautfiul. Very warm and clean inside very Cosy. We had a room with a balcony and was a very tidy clean room. I found the bed slightly hard for me but it was a lovely room and quite hotel. We went mid January so nit sure if that is the case all year. Some evenings we got in and the bar was closed but the ladies on reception were happy to get us drinks up until 10pm.||Perfect location only 15 mins Max walk to the main Zakopane Town.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and we were very pleased with the place, staff and the restaurant. We would definitely come back to this same hotel with pleasure. The place itself is beautiful, charming and very cosy. Our room ( n'14) was great and very big. Ladies at the reception are very nice, professional and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and varied every day. Behind the hotel you have an amazing view of the mountains. Walk to the centre ( Krupowki) is pleasant and short. Bravo Zakopianski Dwor!

We stayed at Zakopianski Dwor for 2 nights and had a very good impression of the pension just right after arriving. The architecture is typical, Goral style with lots of wood and natural decoration. ||||The room was quiet, comfortable, the bed was spacious and very good to sleep on. We had booked breakfast and dinner (the dinner can be taken as lunch as well, from 1 pm - 6pm) and it was very satisfying, the classical bufet breakfast with ham, cheese, vegetables, pate, + fresh scrambled/omelette eggs with sausages (the restaurant lady asked us every morning if we wanted the eggs and sausagges), the second day we were more than ok only with cold bufet. There was also something sweet, yogurth, cereals, cake, etc. Coffee or tea or fresh juice, in total, very good, tasty and quite a variety. The dinner was provided in a way of already selected daily menu (if you have it booked with accommodation), or you could choose a la carte and pay for it. ||||The approach of the staff is kind, helpful and polite. I would just suggest them to smile more :) ||||The only thing I would improve there is the wifi, which there was almost none. We had a great difficulty to catch the signal and get connected. ||||When in Zakopane, visit the Cukiernia Samanta at the street Krupowki 4, fantastic local and home made cakes and coffee for wonderful prices :), you can take a cable railway to Gubalowka mountain but you can go there on foot as we did and will have a wonderful view on Tatra Mountain, definitely go to Kasprowy Wierch (mountain peak) by cable car, and dring some local beer at Watra Browar at Zamoyskiego 2 street.||||When in Zakopane, I definitely recommend this pension.

We stay 2-3 times every year in Zakopianski Dwor since their opening. The staff and the owners are very friendly. Next to the spacious rooms and fair price the main reason of our engagement to Zakopianski Dwor is easy to describe: caring love. Everything is simply derived from this attitude. We have been taken as friends from the first days.||||The friendly and always helpful staff is really well-choosen. Everyone we met were polite, kind and caring.||||The building is really beautiful. The rooms are perfect, especially for families.||||Their kitchen is much better than any other restaurant we tried in the town.

The place is so beautiful and clean. But and it's a massive but the food is well it's vile. Worst polish dinner I have ever had. I wouldn't feed anyone this food. They should be ashamed. I've been coming to Poland past 5 years and it's just so disappointing that they feed me and my polish partner that dog food. May look lovely but save your self and the mouth wash you need to use to get the taste out your mouth and do not go there.

Very pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel designed in the local zakopianski style, but with modern amenities. Comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet as well as lunch in the restaurant downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.
