Come here for some rest after a long walk around Nationaal Reddingmuseum Dorus Rijkers. International food is nice here. This restaurant may please you with tasty fish & chips, fish and op la. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good cheesecakes here. Espresso is delicious at Stoom. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Super friendly staff and Lekkeeeeer food! We arrived a bit late (around 20:30) for dutch dinner and we ended being the only ones, still the staff was super nice and patience :) we had fish and chips and chicken sate. Big portions with side dishes. Price was regular.

The food was amazing. We arrived at 10am on Monday morning and they were just opening up for the day. The view and service were awesome too. Nearby sailors working on a boat in the water really completed the atmosphere. Stefano had the tuna sandwich and it was perfect. Various bread option (white and rough) were both delicious. We were not served at all. The staff was in the mood to humiliate customers. When we arrived and sat in the hall at a free table we were asked to move because the people at the next table wanted to be alone with no one around. Which is weird but ok, we asked where can we sit instead. We were shown to another table, so we moved there and a minute later we were told that we can’t sit here either (for no reason). The third time the table that we selected was reserved (there was no sign on it, no nothing). The waiter laughed at us and we had to leave instantly. Thanks for the ruined mood.

Super friendly staff and excellent food to treat yourself and companions during a day out. They knoe how to care fir theur customers. Located with lots of space in the buildings of the former marine wharf in Den Helder. Friendliness is by the way a trademark of people living in this village.
