The best pizza in Hoorn! We struggled to take a picture of the full pizza because it just tastes too good to wait for. The service is so good and the staff are always kind and accommodating. The Ristorante Portofino is located in the center of Hoorn in a quiet area. The establishment belongs to an Italian family. The dining room is friendly and is medium in size, typically Dutch building. The dishes are generous and delicious and homemade with fresh products. The welcome and the service are perfect. There is nothing to say about the value for money.

The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. We ate their twice while on vacation and no regrets! Friday night was very busy but Wednesday night was super calm and relaxed. The food was tasty, the staff was courteous although some didn't speak English. A major drawback - their card payment is terrible, no Visa, no Mastercard, no nothing. Good food but unfortunately no time management, my friend got her pasta and we got our pizza when she was already halfway through her pasta (she started eating it because it would get cold). They said it would be right out, no apology whatsoever for the slow serving and it still took a while before we got out pizza's. The food was DELICIOUS, but not fast.
