The Restaurant@Novotel in Maastricht is an ideal spot for a delicious dinner. The menu has a great variety of dishes, from the local specialty Maastrichts Zoervleis to classic French fries and Italian Penne. The house wines are also very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and attentive and the outdoor seating is pleasant and quiet. The pre-show buffet is also worth trying, with well cooked dishes and nicely presented. The desserts are particularly tasty, with the crème brulee being a highlight. The only downside is that coffee is not included in the price. Overall, Restaurant@Novotel provides a great dining experience and is highly recommended.
