Ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad, the chicken was over cooked and dry, the crotons were not up to the mark. The dressing wasn't enough either. My friends along with me also found the bread extremely dry and inedible. I was also asked whether everything was ok but didn't want to mention anything then since we were in a hurry. The ambiance and the service were really good.

Very strange tasting T-Bone steak. Possibly caused by some “smoked salt” or other spices but it for sure removed any natural beef flavor and half way though I had to stop. Very disappointing for €55. Other guests got another cut of beef without this flavor so offering 2 stars rather than one. But no steak should ever taste like this. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €60–70

Loved the place. Has great decoration and atmosphere and the food quality is really good! I also really like the bear theme they went with and you can see teddy bears sitting around in the restaurant which i thought was pretty cute and unique. *Update* Hi Miriam, first of all, my personal recommendation would be to never refer to any review as a shame. All reviews should be an opportunity for you guys as a restaurant to improve. Secondly, I don't have a magical spirit connection with my father in law to update me on everything he does. This implies that when I was writing this review I simply wasn't aware of the fact that you guys handled these tips privately. I also want to add that it was MY first time at your restaurant, meaning that indeed this review is based on that sole (slightly disappointing) experience. *Original review* We were here for Christmas dinner. The food was fine and the service was adequate. The mayor letdown was the fact that we came with 2 vegans (which we called for in advance) and they couldn't reliably let us know what the vegan options were. We ordered a vegan saté, which turned out to be without the sauce. Probably because the sauce wasn't vegan, and it's great they thought about that, but without sauce it's a bit of a bare meal (not very tasteful, especially for a Christmas dinner). The vegan burger my girlfriend had was fairly nice. My tip would be that if someone calls in advance about guests with specific food requests make sure that A. you can handle those requests, B. the staff is up to date with it. All in all it wasn't my worst dining experience, but it certainly didn't feel like a Christmas dinner.

Visited this restaurant in their opening week for lunch. The restaurant was empty but they didn't want us to take a table in front of the fireplace at first. The waiters take very long to come to your table to take your order. I had a burger, it tasted okay. My husband had the bottomless ribs and it was tasteless, when he wanted a second portion the waiter was nowhere to be found. Left very unsatisfied! Won't eat there again.
