I love that Red Fuego is a nice change to the existing restaurants around. Really good food, but it is pricey. We had the Lomo Saltado & the Tallarín Saltado. I won’t get the Tallarín again though. I felt it was an over priced bowl of noodles with a tiny bit of steak whereas the Lomo Saltado was a lot of great food, including steak. 2/1 around 8pm, Got the leg 1/4 with two sides. Great chicken. The beans were a little bland as well as the rice. Chicken had great flavor. So did the little jalapeno sauce that came with it. Would have loved to try the quinoa or the plantains but they were out :( girl that took my order had air pods in and was on her phone the whole time I was there which isn't terrible for a casual spot, but kinda a bummer. I stopped by here at the recommendation of my mother in law. I did the half chicken, and I will do less next time as it was too much food. It was really well seasoned and came with a really nice green creme sauce which was very flavorful. The beans and fries were good but lacking salt. My mother in law got a noodle meal which was cooked with sesame and garlic, which she loved. But there is a lot of juice in the bottom of the bowl, so be careful if anything drops it could splash your clothes. The food was so delicious, and very authentic according to our Peruvian friend! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, very juicy and tender. The fries were great! My wife got the steak and enjoyed it as well. The dessert was good too. The location was clean, with simple, authentic decorations! Great experience.

I really love their fried rice and sweet potato fries. The regular fries are meh. I have never tried Peruvian food, but the food tasted familiar. I didn't like the rice that came with the steak, but the steak was good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The food is amazing!! They make it fresh when you order and everything on the menu is so good! I love the Lomo Saltado. It is a large amount of food and seasoned to perfection! I’m so excited that they are now offering Lucuma popsicles, you need to try them! I also got a passion fruit one that was delicious as well! The service is great and the staff very friendly!
