The new fig and pink peppercorn sourdough being rotated in the mix is good!!! It’s a blessing to have this bakery right in my neighborhood but I’m sure I’d visit regardless!
Enjoyed a behind the scenes tour of the bakery! We got to sample Nonna G, original sour dough and received sour dough starter. It was amazing to watch them roll and cut the croissants. Definitely recommend their pastries and bread. Check out their website and make sure to catch them at local markets!
Definitely worth the wait, as they are only available once a week. So glad I was able to get there early enough to try all of these. The pastry everything was absolutely delicious; my mouth is watering just thinking of them. It is so hard to choose a favorite, but the pastry square with tomato jam and ricotta was absolutely knockout. Cacio e Pepe croissant was delicious. And the twice-baked blueberry croissant was also killer. I think the Nutella bun was the only thing we didn’t finish, since it was mainly bread. Definitely worth a visit. I could buy (and eat) so many pastries.
Hands down, the best Italian hoagie I’ve ever had. The arugula is such a nice touch. The service was incredible and although I got my sandwich to go, the space looks comfortable. I’ll be back to try other menu items for sure.
