I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ratafia in St. Martin, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time. The staff at Ratafia are incredibly friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe. Truly unique and beautiful spot. The service is top-notch and the drinks are inspired. This is a place to enjoy an early drink and watch a breathtaking sunset over Cupecoy or to unwind late into the evening. Perfect in every way - high-end feel without pretension. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I had the absolute best time at Ratafia with Max the owner/bartender. His hospitality and passion for bartending was second to none on our trip to St. Martin. No other restaurant/bar on the island has cocktails remotely close to the level of excellence exemplified at Ratafia. To anyone that enjoys cocktails/tiki/excellent service I would highly recommend this spot! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cocktails If you are looking for those drinks with the umbrellas this is the place! I ordered mai tai, and clover club. Mai tai was clean fruity punch refreshing and strong! Loved monkey head presentation. On whole solid classic and one I definitely recommend. Clover club was also fantastic, easily approachable like a raspberry harbogummy bear, with layers on layers of smooth creamy frothy lemon, and jammy raspberry goodness you won't be able to get enough of. Service: excellent, bar tender is very friendly and approachable. Quick to serve. Ambiance: Speak easy/tiki/deep house tropical bungalow. More than enough seating to bring party of 3-4. Could see proper rager of party here or a nice date! Only thing to think on is mind Ur steps down, and if busy parking might be tough. Overall hands down best tiki bar on the island. Absolutely fantastic Tiki cocktail bar. Max the owner has a passion for drinks that he freely shares with his customers. Our son had a wonderful time trying samples of hard-to- find rum with him. The decor is beautiful and we want to come back for one of the club nights when there's a DJ Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
