This is my favorite grocery store. They have a lot of organic options and a great variety of day to day, as well as, higher end products. The staff are friendly even ones you don't see often like JC who ensures the frozen foods are well stocked and up to date.
This Ralph's is my regular store, I go once or twice a week. The produce section is always well stocked, it reminds me how lucky I am to live here. The whole store is always really clean. The Cashiers are friendly and many have been working here since I was a kid. It's a great place to do your grocery shopping.
Produce is okay. Pretty picked out when i got there around 6pm. Broccoli was limp. Rotisserie chicken was sold out. Guy a whole chicken in the meat department, they've always been pretty good. It's good store but if the vons on Springdale was on my way home, that would be my choice.
Come early, I came last night Wednesday Jan 3rd and rushed to get there before closing time, made it there at 12:35, 25 minutes early and they were already closed !!! Then today I was there at 6:00 and this very rude gentlemen employee with long curly hair and a hat, cut right in front of me pushing a cart and missed me by inches as I entered the store, without saying excuse me or anything (which would have made all the difference), THEN.... when I was pulling out of Handicap parking spot (I'm disabled) a man that looked Hispanic with a beard, that was collecting shopping carts, gave me a horrible look, obviously because he had to stop with the carts, well he came from behind me as I was backing out, but I had 3 car's behind me waiting, he acted as if he had the right of way and wasn't the one getting paid to be there WTH !!!! All that in a quick 5 minute trip to get the ice cream that I couldn't get the night before, because they were closed early !!! Extremely rude employees to say the least !!!
This Ralph's store 133 has the new scan bag and go feature. you can either download it to your phone as an app or grab one of the handhelds that they provide, go through the store beep in all the items you are purchasing. take your items to the front as you've already paid with a card that you either swipe through the handheld or you have on your phone already. Super fast and easy, One of the associates looks at your receipt on the handheld or on your phone and you're good to go.
Good selection of produce and items at this Ralph's, but their self serve checkout machines are an utter disaster and dumpster fire. These machines are the stupidest ever. The machine has a problem EVERY TIME I use it and I have to call over the clerk at least 2-3 times every time I checkout with one these stupid machines. Someone at corporate should be fired for approving these pieces of junk. Get them out of here!
This store is really nice, close and clean. The employees are almost always friendly and helpful but the carts SUCK!! For a store that is surrounded by many, many homes worth several million dollars, this store has the oldest, flimsiest carts ever. Every time I shop there it feels like the cart is going to fall apart while I’m pushing it!
Good supermarket, excellent selection of meat and fish with a great bakery, delicious counter, cheese dept and extensive selection of fruits & veggies. This is my go to market but most importantly the staff is awesome.
